We spent at least 20 minutes waiting.....nobody knew what they were doing, we saw about 7 or 8 staff (not understaffed by any stretch), all either standing around or all over each other. The manager was just as clueless as everyone else. I would also like to note, it was not busy (maybe 1 or 2 who already ordered when we walked in). Second burger king we've stopped at and had a bad experience.
Nicest Burger King experience so far. The lady with the nose ring was so nice. She made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service here rivals that of chick fla.
Food was like something out of a commercial.
During my last visit a small fry was forgotten. It was my Two toddlers. Luckily I noticed it as we were pulling out. The ladies gave me a 10 dollar credit, two crowns, two toys, and not only a larger fry but one for each child. Ny girls swore off "Donald's" that very moment and seem offended now just seeing those darn yellow "M's" anywhere now... ????????

The food at this one isnt the best, but they try and they are connected to a conveniant store so fill up the gas while you fill your self up with mediocre food! Oh and one more thing, y'all needa bring back the frozen mocha frappe! You lost a lot of my family!
Worse wait time, service than I've ever had the food ordered came out and was absolutely not what should be sent out at all..
Wouldn't object to closing this location so people can get actual good food locally
As someone who used to work in food service, I have a hard time leaving bad reviews as I know how rough that industry it can be at times. So I'm not one to nitpick, but I would like to share so hopefully they can improve.
The food is almost ALWAYS hot when you receive it and of the quality you would expect. If not better. But you also, almost always, have to remind them of side items (that are on the ticket) and/or of sauces you have ordered. Not once or twice, but every visit. And it does get a little old after a while.
The vibe in there is also pretty weird as well. For example, just yesterday I walked in during a pretty slow time of day to pick up a mobile order and it took anywhere from 5-10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Again, having worked in the industry I don't expect anyone at BK to roll out the red carpet. But most people probably aren't going to be as patient or understanding as I am. I'm sure everyone in there is working really hard for less than adequate wages. But a little bit would go along way here.
TL/DR: if they could clean up some of these issues this would easily be the best BK in the area. Food is GREAT. Service needs some work.
Went through the drive-through and ordered 2 dishes of ice cream. Both dishes could have fit in one.
