This review is for the BK located at Stop 11 and Meridian.
I ordered a whopper, onion rings, and an order of the new mozzarella fries.
The fries had a great breading, like Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. Had a great cheese pull!
The onion rings were hot. I just wished they were cooked a little longer, but that's my personal preference.
I had to wait a few minutes to eat my whopper because it was piping hot! I asked for no tomatoes and no pickle. All other toppings were crunchy and fresh.
The dining room and drink station were VERY clean! Tables and countertops were wiped down, and the floor was swept and moped.
I didn't catch the gentleman's name that took my ordered but I was greeted as soon as I opened the door.
i must say they really done themselves this time. the staff here is actually competent. they were able to count and had the courtesy to let me know there was still one more bag i was waiting on. really impressed to see someone trying for once. bravo!
I use yo love this location but my food was not great. I ordered 2 meals jalapeño poppers. I noticed the cashier was not ringing in things in the drive thru and had me pull around. Before doing so, I reminded her of my order in which she replied she got it, but she in fact did not. She rang me up for an extra drink, large at that. (I didn't ask for this). My meal drinkable were half full. I'm missing bacon on the bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich and the poppers were old. Total disappointment.
I've been using this location ever since it opened years ago and only had 1 problem! 99% isn't bad! Easy location to get in and out of also.
Wonderful team at this BK. The food is delicious, the bacon is always crunchy on our bacon cheeseburgers - the price is definitely right and using their app you earn points, get freebies, and a b-day treat!!
We stopped by to grab lunch quickly and get to our appointment on time and since service was very fast, I should've known something was wrong. I ordered a Jr. Whopper meal with a large Coke no ice. I asked that the whopper be cooked twice and only have cheese, mayonnaise, heavy onion, and pickle! What I received was a well done whopper, NO CHEESE, a dribble of mayonnaise, "2" pieces of onion, and 1 pickle and ICE in my Coke!? We'd left to make our appointment on time without first looking in the bag. I ate the french fries and drank the watery Coke. As we were leaving town on our way back home, we stopped and I went inside. The manager was in awe that I'd ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese and heavy onion and didn't receive it and was miffed I'd been served ice in my Coke, as she drinks hers without ice, too! Immediately, she had a fresh and correct sandwich made. All in all, it was very good food and I'll go back but, I'll definitely check the bag before leaving!
This burger King is the best! Food is always fresh and the staff is amazing! Especially Leslie! Her beautiful smile and warm, friendly nature is one of the main reasons I keep coming back!
The store manager during the days is an awesome guy. Not just once did he go out of his way to accommodate me, but he's done it on 2 separate occasions...very good customer service ????
