The employees make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them when you place an order and make them work. When we paid we were asked to pull up to the stop sign which I understand if they are making fresh fries or were really busy, which they weren't, but when we started to eat the meal the burger, nuggets and fries looked old and the fries, which we were waiting on, looked even older. The burger, nuggets and fries that both of us had were cold and old. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this store until they make some changes not only in customer service, meaning employees, but the food quality.
Alright so. I understand being short staffed etc I’ve worked fast food before so let’s get that outta the way
The review
At the drive thru. Waited a few minutes to finally be told we’re doing shift change there’s a wait. Come inside if you want
Inside. No one at counter. Folks complaining back side about being short staffed etc
Guy comes in from break immediately helps me. But no name tag so I can’t thank him. (Big dude with tats. Very polite)
Food was …meh. Even for fast food
Almost every drink at the soda stand was empty so you just got a cup of carbonated water no mix
Interior was kinda muggy and needed a good mopping
I ordered a #4 with no condiments, monotone guy on the intercom says, "so plain? Just cheese and bacon." I reply with " and the patty." This guy gave me ONLY THE PATTY! no bread, no cheese, nothing. However, he was generous enough to include a hair on the patty. He also served our fries without gloves.
So I love the double sausage croissant. It’s one of my fav’s. I pulled in to the drive thru at 10:00am, and didn’t get up to the drive thru order box thing, to be told to wait even longer. I complied, no attitude, no Karen flip out, and another 10 minutes has passed and they stopped selling breakfast. All the while little did your girl working drive thru know that she accidentally left her mic on and I heard all about her personal and private life, so what was you waiting on that you couldn’t have taken my order? But you wonder why your man doesn’t call you back and it’s probably because you’re to damn slow!!! Y’all need to do better. Seriously
The absolute worst BK I’ve ever been to. Incompetent staff, small portions, old food, and a nasty dining area. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down. Avoid at all costs!
2 people were running the store. The cashier was cleaning the dining room and having a fit every time someone pulled in. Was very rude and swore every other 2 or 3 words. The food was hot but the sandwich was meh. The manager finally came back as I was leaving. This is where our customer service is headed. I have done his job before and it is rough. But it is also not fair that he is doing the job of many other people because businesses are not hiring or running skeleton crews.
3 total people working at lunch rush. After taking my order that included a fountain drink they acknowledged the fountain drink machine wasn't working today - but they kept taking orders for fountain drinks...then complained when customers asked for something else in place of what they paid for but couldn't get. One of the three working employees stated "I need to go home, I can't take all this stress." Gross mismanagement. First and last time for me at this location.
Congratulations to this store's management andRt2719 employees! They are now #1 in the Worst Service of a Fast Food Restaurant on this side of the river.
After waiting 13 minutes and still not getting to order, as the second car in line, we went inside. Inside was unbelievably worse. 6 people in line, many sandwiches under the headlamp. In addition, there were three employees trying to b the chief while none were willing to be the crew and get people their food. After standing there for 6 minutes without our order being taken or our presence acknowledged, we left. We feel they definitely deserved the Title of Worst Fast Food Restaurant on theeastt side of the river. There was no rating on the food because we could never get any.
