Even tho I order through online so I could just get it and go they still take a while but my food is made fresh. So I can’t complain I know they work hard. But food is good.
Atmosphere was typical for a fast food place, not bad and not great. My friend had a beef burger which he said was good. I had a chicken sandwich that I couldn't finish. It was just a flat piece of compressed chicken with mayo and lettuce and not very tasteful.
The location is always managed well and clean. The food is fresh and tasty.
I've had to come back on multiple occasions because items were forgotten or incorrect burger toppings. However, the employees have always had great attitudes. Which is most important to me. The cashier was especially fun & kind. It was refreshing. I believe her name is Duli (or a similar name that I recall thinking was unique.
I just make sure to check the bag & food before leaving the parking lot. Yes, it shouldn't be a reoccurring issue, but it's not a huge deal for me.
My husband and I came by for a quick snack today and it was busy from an event at the park. There were many disgruntled and some quite rude customers in the lobby. The workers were doing their damndest with the unexpected influx of customers. Our food was hot and came out fast even with the amount of people. 10/10 for this overworked staff. Customers be more kind to those in the service industry. They are not paid enough to deal with your attitudes and/or tantrums.
Sad it's run down and please fix the huge potholes in the drive thru.... Foods good and CST service is much improved.
Good fast service with inexpensive tasty food. Got charged 50 cents for two cups of waters for two of us - Charged for a senior drink. Was told one water is free, but two cost money.
I assume it's due to being on the island. Another order had the wrong type of mustard, but otherwise the orders were spot on.
Every time I go in here it's always understaffed. And the food is always terrible.
