Absolutely the worst service, if they wait on you at all. My wife and I stopped about a year ago, as we stood at the counter we could clearly hear the people arguing as to which one had to go to the counter to wait on us. Neither would come. My wife and I left and went to Arby's. A few months ago I tried to order but I was very rudely informed, as if it was my fault, they had no hamburger meat. Yesterday I stopped and after waiting for one of the workers to help a customer use the kiosk, all the while showing pictures on her phone and even taking a call on her cell phone, she came to the counter only to inform me, very nicely I must say, that I can only order at the kiosk. She could not take my order at the counter, she could only take my cash there. I don't understand how they can take your drive through order but they aren't allowed to take your order at the register? I feel this is a systemic problem at the management level, it is the only way poor service can exist for such a long period of time. As much as I like Burger King this was my last attempt to patronize this establishment.

If you like disorder, disrespect, have nowhere else to be and like low quality food this would be the place for you.

Please constantly messes up my order every time I go. This last time I ordered a No. 1 whopper Meal and then a Whopper junior for my kid.

I got charged for the Whopper yet I only received two junior sandwiches..

Tried to call back to get it fixed as I live pretty close, but no one answered the phone ever.

I don't recommend the drive thru service at all. Extremely slow and unprofessional . I waited in line for 15 mins and I was the only car in line. Sandwich was very cold like it was grabbed from the refrigerator

your manager Lamar is an outright LIAR , told us to wait 5 min for fries and pull up, when he came out he said your fries are burning hot which was a lie , the chicken sandwich was what we had to wait for and when we got home 3 minutes away the fries were ice cold and hard and burgers were cold . don't like it when they LIE!!! HE SHOULD'NT BE A MANAGER

Good food but you gotta wait like 15 -20 in drive thru.

Fries are never hot and crispy they're kinda cold but still good. I got a whopper and it was as a whopper should be. Workers are polite and help you. It's just the fries!

On my last visit I was in a hurry Reese greeted me at the window with a BIG smile and treated me like family. She even remembered I don't like ice in my pop ???????????? Thank you so very much Reese! Keep up the great work and God Bless

Whopper Jr with cheese, whopper Jr bacon barbecue. The whopper Jr bacon barbecue came with mayo which was horrible. I wanted cheese sticks, and poppers which they were out of and my onion rings were barely cooked
