My whopper with cheese, was kinda cold. I hadn't eaten all day, my daughter, and I stopped in. We had driven to Williamson, and were starved on the way back. I was so hungry, I just ate it. I should have taken it back.... Other than that it was fine. My daughter had the chicken sandwich with bacon. She loved it!
It was clean, great service, just the whopper was cold. Oh, yeah! The fries were kinda old, and a little cold.
Absolutely horrible experience. We placed a mobile order and it went through successfully. The employees were friendly at first but when we received our order (that was nearly $40), everything changed. Every sandwich was incorrect. They were all missing sauces and toppings. My double whopper had one whopper patty and two junior whopper patties (to make one regular?). It was absolutely unacceptable. When we went back, we politely asked them to remake the order. They refused so we then asked for a refund the manager then closed the drive-thru window in my wife's face and walked away. Very poor customer service. We will never go back to this location.
While sitting in the drive thru.. multiple employees outside smoking.. but no one answering the drive thru.. we waited several minutes, and like everyone else we just pulled up to the window.. where the employee I seen outside smoking said we would have to go back around.. he said they had an accident in the kitchen... he is a liar..we watched this guy stand there and smoke something. You must do better burger king. Youre employees causing you to lose business .
This is a good Burger King, very friendly and courteous staff. The dinning area and bathrooms are always clean.
The fastest drive through I have been to in a while. And the food was hot and correct.

Food was warm but not hot. The manager seemed annoyed that people were wanting to eat in around 6pm. After we ordered, he went and locked the door. They wouldn’t let another customer order even though he said he would take it go but that his truck wouldn’t fit through the drive thru. There were two employees walking around coughing loudly and not covering their mouth. Another worker was talking on his cellphone with his food gloves on. Very unsanitary. I’ll definitely never go back.
1.The cheese on the Whopper was cold
2. Had to ask for a wet rag to clean a table to sit at, literally every table was dirty. She came out with a dry brown napkin and wiped it off . I could have done that , I was wanting it sanitized!!!!
3. The chocolate milkshake wasn't even mixed good.
4. Bathrooms nasty ,trash over flowing
5. Went to empty the tray and the dining room trash over flowing counter around the trash was so nasty.
It was very disappointing, specially when I was the one that wanted to go in and eat .
