I ordered two sausage and egg and cheese biscuits and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... I received two bacon egg and cheese croissants and one sausage egg and cheese biscuit!!??? THIS IS NOT A DIFFICULT ORDER, let alone a difficult job! We should lower the minimum wage until you can complete a simple task. Maby you should consider furthering your education!? Way to go BK, way to go...
Lots of seating, free Wi-Fi. Like most Burger Kings. They have not reopened the kids play area since COVID.
The food and the service was pretty good today. However, at some point at 39° outside They decided to prop the door open. It got cold in there quick. After an hour I went and close the door myself
Every single time I come here it is bad. Oil soaked wet fries that aren’t cooked long enough, things not how I ordered them, soggy chicken…the only reason I was giving ANY BK a chance is because of the coupons. Well, I can certainly say I’m never going back to this location ever again. This place is operated by the hardcore unemployable. I had one young man, skinny with longer brown hair who was very nice at the window…but they still gave me oil soaked fries that weren’t cooked at all.
Rolled through the drive thru this weekend. The order taker made it clear in tone and tenor that she could not give 2-explitives about my order being complete or accurate. When I ordered a meal, did not even ask me what I wanted to drink with it, etc...etc. And it just kept getting worse. When I got to the window, I actually saw her stick a finger in my drinks. Then, when she handed me bag of food, proceeded to get angry when she turned around and saw that I was still there waiting for the remainder of my order. She even questioned my sanity...are you sure...style. Got home and found out that there was mayo where I didn't want it, onion rings mixed in the fries, etc. Basically the entire service was just like how they made my whopper... completely devoid of attention to detail, care, or consideration.
Definitely not going to be going back for a while if this is the level of service I should expect. Was definitely not made my way.
Whether or not the “frozen coke machine” works or not is a 50/50 gamble. I go all the time for this specific item. I halfway expect to be told no and Im usually right. I just end up driving through the line without getting anything. If you have a consistently broken thing for months on end, maybe fix it?
This experience was pretty horrifying how unsanitary this BK is. Took my kids for lunch and we're disappointed when the play area was closed but no biggie. I did ask to cancel out my order was told by a worker that looked high, they don't do that... Which of course they can but whatever. Then we got an extra burger and after we had opened our meals, they came and asked for it back for another order.... Pretty gross, just make a new one but at least we hadn't touched the actual food yet. But the kicker is that I watched a worker eating food on the line, not washing his hands once and then start making food.... Absolutely disgusting. Ironic they closed the play area because 'it's not sanitary' and they have employees who don't wash hands and eat while making the food. I can confidently say I will never go back and encourage others not to either.
Not to mention this awful, disgusting experience.... The food was gross, soda was flat, burger bun was stale.
I just seen the cook put old fries back in the deep fryer for the second time and serve them.wow I never knew that what they do ..gross. but I asked the lady out front if she could redo them she was nice
We had a coupon for 2 whopper jrs and french fries. It was 10:00 am
Fries were nice and hot but WAY too salt
Bun and patty were stone cold. I don't mean barely warm. I mean COLD. We were blocks away by the time we ate them so didn't take back.I'll take Edmonds over this place anytime
