This BK is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the food is good and hot. Other times the food is ice cold. Last week my chicken sandwich was cold. The fries were ones that were laying around and the rings were like rubber. Only good thing was the chicken fri. Best to go around 11am to 12 pm when the food is fresh and hot.
Food is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly and jolly which is rare for a fast food place. Service time was a little slower, but it was also 45 min before closing and the drive thru was full so it is what it is.
They really need to watch their orders on the screens. Got a regulat whopper when I ordered a double whopper. And there was hardly anything in between the bun. Plus it looked like it was thrown together. It was a total mess. Plus the day I went the person at the drive thru asked what I ordered. I gave her my name cause I ordered on the app. She was very rude and seemed like she didn't even care at all. I think it's time stop going there.
Whopper was good but the fries are subpar.I should have had onion rings I'll remember next time. Restaurant was clean and the service was good. I know its taking longer for food with lacking of staff so I'm ok with that.
I went there yesterday morning about 7:20 7:30 went to the drive-thru the lady that is there in the Drive-Thru she is unprofessional she is rude and she switches people's orders without them knowing I ordered one thing and she was giving me the wrong order and I told her about it already and she kept on when I got my order it was not what I wanted it wasn't what I asked for and it pissed me off
I gave this a 4 star as far as customer service but everyone check your nuggets. As a busy mom I stop here occasionally for nuggets for my 2 and 3 yo. My youngest ate them but the older guy didn't. Unfortunately I didn't check them I just gave them to them and they're frozen. I hope my little guy doesn't get sick.
This place is a joke? Cheeseburger I had tasted funny threw away after 1 bite. Ordered 2 orders chicken tenders for the kids. They were over cooked and grease in fryers was not change? Believe me you can taste the difference? Besides all that order was wrong missing 2 items and got an item I did not order which again I threw that item away. Seems like it was under heat lamps all day. To the store manager PLEASE retrain your employees. If they are making 15. An hour or what ever your product should look like what you advertise
UPDATE:
Corporate needs to come in and clean house. They have the rudest crew I ever had to deal with.

Had the whopper. Not as good as they used to be. Onion rings were so small and overcooked. Guess BK has gone down hill
