i went with my 10 year old son who has severe autism, to get our dinner. When i went in the place was dirty. The employees were rude. when we went to order the general manager asked for the name for the order, my son said wanted to say his name. so he did. the gm laughed and said “i feel sorry for you.” i thought that was a very rude comment but my son didn’t hear it. then as they were making our food i over heard the gm say to an employee “he should kill himself for that name.” now my son had picked his name and i wanted to let him express himself. i was appalled when i heard that comment. i will NEVER be coming back.
This Burger King has really turned things around with the crew that they have right now.! Even my daughter was completely happy with the service lol. Thank you for the crown on the table. We both say five star service. Thank you guys so much keep up the good work.
Food came quick and was hot. Dine in had one other couple. Beverage area was a little in need of clean up. Lots of liquid on counter top.
Service was good and staff friendly.

Great customer service in the morning time the manager there treats his regulars as if we did in the old days if we had more people like him restaurants would be a lot better
Was picking up a prescription at Kroger and saw the American flag in the wind. Your flag is quite badly torn and not very nice looking. Either replace it or don't fly it????????
Haven't been in awhile due to my food always being cold or made wrong! My son begged me for BK so I have it another try! And let me say this Eric that has only been with the company going on 3 weeks did an amazing job! Great greeting, suggesting sales, repeated order, my food was hot, and actually made correctly!!! Tried to do a survey but keeps saying invalid, so I just wanted everyone to know, not just those at the location!
I see a major turn around in area restaurants holding others to a standard! Let's make piqua great again!
Order was made wrong. Went back and the manager tried to argue that its been over an hour since we ordered, which the receipt clearly showed otherwise, asked for just 1 right sandwich and fresh fries, he wouldn't do that, even though clearly our food is now cold. We even brought back the entire order of food nothing was missing, we just want 1 correct sandwich out of 3 and fresh fries. Then told me he could print off a receipt showing me he refunded the money, just argued that it will be refunded in 3 to 5 days....very poor and rude customer service. The kicker, we were the only customers there when we ordered. Will never return there again and give them my money, not worth it for wrong food and nasty cold fries.
Waited ten minutes just for the guy to again say please take a minute to look over the menu. Terrible service, especially when there is 2 cars in the drive through on lunch break.
