The location on Giles Road by Costco has the utmost rudest lunchtime workers during the week. It's a couple of I believe Indian but maybe Hispanic gals. They are the most unfriendliest I have come across in a very long time! I don't like to frequent this location unless we are going out of town as it's right by the interstate.
We love our service here. Melinda is a GEM!!! She brings sunshine to work with her everyday! She is so incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful. There is another gentleman manager and he is such a strong leader in thought and practice! I go out of my way to go to this location now!
Wow does this location go heavy on the mayo.... like gloopy mayo blobs. If I ever eat here again I will definitely say hold the sauce no matter what sandwich/burger I get.
The texas deluxe whopper might have been tasty without the mayo... as it was that's all I tasted and as you can see from the picture, I scrapped a lot off. The fries were good and the onion rings okay (a bit too salty for my taste).
The chicken nuggets were generic- not bad but not memorable.
I have been here twice, and both time, our orders and the amount of food we asked for were wrong and ordered incorrectly. We had to "discuss" what we wanted and then finally received close what we asked for. More training would benefit this store. If training doesn't work, then consider hiring new employees.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Sat in the middle of the drive thru for over 45 minutes. Get to the window and cashier is on her phone. Takes 20 more minutes after I paid to get my food. Missing 3 items from the order but decided to give me chicken nuggets that I didn’t order. Went to eat and the food looks like it was made from the day before. Everything was cold. Please don’t waste your time and money here!!!
This Burger king needs a shout out because I went here and paid for the guy behind me and the workers told me he used to be homeless and he would always come in for a warm free coffee and stuff. The workers are so sweet!
Bad unwilling employee REFUSE to make UNsalted fries. Throw an Unprofessional fit about working and take to many smoke breaks. Me as the customer was charged 70 cents 4 rotten old UNSAFE FOOD LETTUCE. NEED STAFF FIRED TRAINED AND REPLACED. FIX THE DRIVE WAY 2 LANES. FILL THE POT HOLES. MAKE IT CAR SAFE ALSO.
The employee Melinda is amazing. She is always pleasant to see. Always smiling and in a good mood. Granted I am a picky eater. Sometimes my order isn’t always correct. They make sure to take care of you. I don’t do a lot of reviews, so hopefully that says something. Thank you Melinda
