The place was torn down and rebuilt. I've been back a few times. Yesterday for breakfast I got 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, hashbrowns and coffee. The only good thing was the coffee. I've had the biscuits before and they weren't too bad but yesterday they were terrible. The bacon and egg were cold, the cheese wouldn't melt and the biscuits were cold, and hard. Very bad. The hashbrowns were cold as well. This was around 7:30am so I would have expected to get hot food but I didn't.
Very rude manager Mary yelling at my wife because she ordered food online and came in the store after she was expecting her to go through the drive thru because she wanted to pick it up inside saying she does this all the time even though she doesn’t . She never goes to that BK then talked to my wife like she’s a little kid saying is this your order. Even other customers were like wow they couldn’t believe it. She was mad because she was behind on her orders and took it out on her . I’ll be speaking to corporate tomorrow as well as the store manager.
The burgers are always cooked exactly right because the meat is placed on a metal conveyor belt and flame broiled. They are the ONLY burgers that never have any issues with E.coli. I don't eat fast food often, but Burger King I love the taste of everything I order there.
It was nice to see the employees come back after their remodel! I got to chat with my Favorite employee there, she must be in her 80's!! The sweetest lady I know!
Brand new Burger King but yet there is one old lady taking orders today she is very slow and half the kitchen staff doesn't look like they're know what they're doing either even like the owner or the older guys in the back this new Burger King needed to hire faster people especially for the grand opening they're making everybody wait
Decided to actually write a review this time instead of just stars. Always a good eat here. I'm a creature of habit I usually just go for my whopper, but today I got the Ghost Pepper whopper! 10/10 good buildable heat. On my personal heat scale I'd give it a 3 heat. I do know a few people who would not and should not even dare... ???????? But can we just stop and appreciate how well our BK employees make our burgers look. Never sloppy and always perfectly wrapped!
I'm from Florida and stopped by had to try a whopper since it's been forever and I loved it ????❤️
It just seemed that the employees were goofing off than waiting on customers. To me bad management on that shift
