I live about 200 yards from this location and I stopped on my way home this morning for a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The sandwich was hot but hash brown were at best luck warm. My hash browns order was about 15% french fries. They also must have a problem with cleanup when they close. There must have been some french fries in the basket from last night and I ended up getting them with my hash browns. Won't be going back there untill they learn how to clean things up better.
Wish I could give half a star at least. Order was wrong, food was Luke warm, only got half my order and it took 30min to get it inside and I was 1 of 2 people waiting inside. My impossible burger looked like impossible slop burger. Best part is nobody knew how to give a refund. Nice job.
I live just a couple of miles from this location. Over the last 2 years I have stopped probably 7-8 times out of absolute exhaustion and not wanting to cook. First and most importantly, I always have to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive through. That is if there is one or three people in front of you. Two days ago there were two cars in front of me and I waited for 30 minutes. My fries were hot, my burger was not. This is the standard to be prepared for every time you come here. Also, clearly ownership/management doesn’t read these reviews. There are plenty like this.
Was driving by and really hungry, $10 for a whopper sandwich and small fries. Got two bites into the burger and couldn’t eat it anymore, the fries were good. It’s been many years since I had Burger King, the companies food sucked then and still does.
Their drive thru screen got knocked out during a storm and doesn’t show the menu. That is not the teams’s fault- however they get extremely crabby if you say “umm” while trying what to decide to order with no menu present
Their menu screen wasn’t working at all. Luckily I had looked at the menu on my phone before going. I ordered “a chicken bacon Swiss, no lettuce no tomato” she asks “ok so do you want the sauce on there” “I said yes Mayo is fine” she says “ok so just mayo, ok all set” what do I get when I open my bag? A chicken filet in a bun with only mayo. No bacon or cheese. Common sense is lost these days.
If you guys aren’t open until 10am, and you are NOT serving breakfast…..can you please make this change online, so it reflects your current open hours??
For someone that doesn’t know the area, and a quick google search shows your location open for business, just like every other Burger King, one assumes you are indeed open. I bypassed two other locations, due to the ease of access on and off the hiway, just to pull up to a fully lit up breakfast menu (drive through), but a paper sign covering the speaker, stating you actually open at 10am, not whatever damn time it says above:
Anyway, I’m done, but still hungry. Do better Burger King.
20 minutes in drive thru so came inside. Staff is screaming at each other. Took another 12 minutes to get a burger and fries which was terrible
