Super disappointed. We went through. No one was in front of us in line but it took several minutes to take our order. We ordered one Bacon King Meal and a Bacon King just the sandwich (no bun). They ran my card and did not give or even offer a receipt. Which I didn’t think much of until the food was such a disappointment. We waited a few minutes for our food. The fries weren’t hot or even warm, they were COLD. (Even if the fries were old they should have been under a heat lamp). The burgers both had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on them. The no bun burger had no sauce on it of on the side, and one of the patties was cold! Super dissatisfied
Worst Burger King I have ever been to! I waited in line for 15 minutes when there was 2 cars in front of me. Very understaffed every time I have been there! I had a mobile order and I already paid for it and when I got there they said their frozen machines were broken and were like so is it OK if we just don't give you those items? They didn't even offer replace it with anything. So I ate $4-5! What the heck?! That's stealing. Then they asked what the other items were on our order. I guess maybe it wasn't on the screen? We ordered 2 whoppers and one was literally a bun with ketchup and a patty on it which I don't even think is on the menu and it looked so trashy (I would never serve that to anyone), the other one had jalapeños on it? I felt like I wasted my money and didn't get pretty much anything I paid for! Terrible service! I used to like Burger King until I went to this one and I don't know if I can go to Burger King anymore for a while. I'm deleting the app. I'm going to McDonald's next time.

First time at this particular location.
The service speed was average. The food was better tasting than most Burger King. I'm not sure how or why. The burgers just seemed bigger and fresher.
I got the Bacon King, large drink, and chocolate shake. My father got a Whopper and vanilla shake. Our total was $27.66
The interior was clean, new, and fresh looking until you observed the bathroom. It is dated and dirty.
I'd return here if traveling through the area again.
I'm giving this place 4 stars because of the cheap prices, the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), and this cool hang-out area with little sofa seats. I thought that was nice. One thing I was a little disappointed with was how their fries LOOKED like they were seasoned and fancy, but the seasoning on the fries was so weak you could hardly even taste it. I think it was just salt and pepper, but they might as well have not put any on because you can't even taste it. They just taste like plain fries with no spices or seasoning. Their sweet and sour sauce also tastes pretty funky.
It isn't often I find a restaurant with more problems than this one. Their service is horrible more times than not and to witness management verbally abuse their staff with such vulgarity shouldn't be acceptable under any circumstances. With that said, I've not witnessed a level of ineptitude from the staff as bad as here.
I also don't understand how this restaurant can lock their lobby doors so much earlier than their posted hours indicate. I really don't understand how this location still operates.
It took 30 minutes to order and get my food inside. Only one other person ahead of me. Who had already ordered and it was one burger. On top of that, an older lady (I'm guessing the manager) chewed out a new employee for messing up an order in front of everyone. She was also slowly walking around chatting. Very unprofessional. The bun for my whopper was dry/old, and I'll never get the mozzarella sticks again. Terrible. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this wasn't a good experience in the slightest.
Not only this location has gone down the drain but. When you go and order at 230PM and dont have change for a hundred shows how much business they getting. ( Cash was my form of payment i do have card ) Only reason BK keeps on pulling costumers in its cause who can pass a visit with as many coupons they send by mail.
2nd issue employee refused to take my second separate order cause. So McDonald's had to grab my business since BK couldn't.
I need to say I would give them 0 stars if their quality wasn't good here. I consistently get good quality food from this location so I enjoy coming here. However the drive thru is way to slow. Have 4 people in line is equivalent to having 12 people in a Chick-fil-A line.
I'm finally decided to submit a review in hopes for a change.
There were 5 cars in front of me. After I ordered my wife decided she wanted food. I was going to drive around again and make another order but it was taking too long so I suggested running to Wendy's that was next door. She was able to walk in, order a meal, then walk back into my car... and I had only moved up 2 cars.
I watched the clock after that and figured I was in line for almost 15-20 mins. That's just not good. I hope that will change because it just deters me from wanting to go back
