ive heard this location was recently bought by a new company and all the staff is new so i guess that explains the wait times.
very courteous staff they explained that itd be about a 4-5 min wait cause they were cooking everything fresh wich is much appreciated so i didnt mind waiting a little for my order. just like any other restaurant or fast food chain you have to wait for ur food to get cooked.
the chicken sandwich was cooked all the way through, they added onions like i asked and left off the letttuce , my husband ordered a rodeo burger with cheese and jalapeños and said he got what he asked for.
Shoutout to Isaiah. We went in there to get breakfast on our way out of town and his customer service was top tier. He went out of his way to make sure he gave us exactly what we needed and then some. He even gave my little man a burger king hat and made his day. That’s the kind of customer service you hope for when going out. Give this man a raise!!!!

Isaiah was one of the sweetest, and kindest cashiers I’ve ever encountered. His people skills are top notch and he seriously made my day.
Tried picking up a few burgers.. what was actually ordered vs what we got... wrong sandwiches, wrong condiments, every thing incorrect beside the fries . Do better. Please.
Food was cold. It looked like out of the 5 people working there was only one doing everything. Asked for sauce and got blank stares. No customer service at all. Chicken nuggets got left in the oil too long, they are burnt. This isn't the first time either. It's worth getting food in Logan. Don't waste your time.
Waited 40 minutes to get food, only two people running the whole BK. On a Saturday. They were trying at least, but please have more people on shift on the weekends.
Service was a little slow, luckily for me I was in no hurry. Food came as ordered. Could have got 5 stars but tomatoes on whooper were to green for me and they did not look very good. All food tasted like it should at Burger King. Staff tries hard and are courteous.
