I would like to be fair in giving this review because I have ate at this location many times before and for the most part have had great customer experience. Food/customer service was never a problem. I guess it really depends who is on shift and what day you come in. Well today me and my husband came in and ordered 2 small whopper meals online order should I mention. I also ordered a milk shake for myself. So we get to drive through they were particularly busier than usual. Usually this place is a dessert with a customer or two inside or drive through. I let them know I placed my order online the man seemed a little confused which confused me I had to look at my order and make sure I was at the right location. So he then follows by telling me they have no mix for the shake and he would refund me. Okay no biggie. We get to window and on my receipt there is still the milk shake I asked the man about it
He said he didn’t know how I would get the refund. I guess just reach out to the app he says. Okay I guess no biggie so we get our food. We park in lot to eat and we open our packages for our food. I have a habit of always checking my food before I consume because you never know. Anyways I open my burger to a sloppy slimy burnt mess. I wanted to vomit. I don’t know what this was that was in my whopper but because of this I will never eat at this location. Just horrible. I even went out of my way to come to this location besides one closer to my house because of the past positive experience. But yea no more after this in photo (one whopper is mine the other is my husbands)
Fresh off the rip, hot and fresh(when you order). I enjoyed the young lady at the register, she was so pleasant and patient with taking my order. She had the best customer service, any fast food could offer. This why it's so important to ask for names???????? I have no idea who she was but definitely was the appropriate age to run it , and did that????❤️????????????️
Just not what it use to be bread to sweet now , burgers cold coming out the window I mean I can understand burgers cool down a bit when you at the cold condiments, but damn when it’s just meat and cheese it can be a little warmer. So I said to myself them burgers just sit on the grill. When I run a restaurant I am more like cook to order. I don’t care if people have to wait.
Nice clean location. My fries & onion rings were cooked fresh, and my fish sandwich was good. The worker was patient with me while I tried to use the coupon in the app.
Placed an order online for drive tru pick up, when got to drive tru lady very rude and said we had to come inside so I did just that. Now I will say the lady in the front counter Beatrice was awesome n sweet, but that drive tru lady lady shouldn't be working their if she don't how to act with people!!'

If you want to waste 20-35 mins of your life guaranteed then this is the place to go! Also, every time you order one thing you open your bag to find another. I ordered a small whopper meal and ended up with their medium/large drink and hardly any fries. They always severely lack in customer service in the evenings and hardly ever get your order right. If they do get it right, then it's usually old and dried out. It takes about 5 minutes to get someone on the intercom and the rest of the time is spent waiting on your food even if you're the only customer (inside and out). The good thing is that you get to hear all the drama going on in their employees lives while you wait for your order and they stand around to gossip.
Manager Beatrix or whatever her name is as rude as her drive through cashier. I can fora order and they were completely disrespectful as the other reviews say. Choose a different location because you’ll be unsatisfied here. Seeking corporate matters
