It's just a burger king but if we are ranking in terms of bk good, it gets a 5.

Anyone who knows me. Knows that I’ve been dealing with bread over 30 something years, but tried out the new BKM man I’m a little disappointed that the manager refuses to toast the sourdough bun on the flat top anyone who knows about sourdough knows that you toast, one side of the sourdough on the flat top to get it to be golden brown Then you do the burger and dresses I’ve been in food management for 30 something years. This is the first time I’ve ever had a manager not be able to take constructive criticism To insure their product comes out as it was Intended. I have to say if you get the BK me just let you know if be ready it’s white and the managers idea of toast and sourdough bread. Is it through the toaster instead of putting it on the flat top as it was intended to be.
They didn’t give me the correct food which is okay, mistakes happen. The issue is the customer service or lack of customer service when I contacted them about their mistake. The overall attitude and disposition of the staff is terrible.
The person taking the order was not nasty but she also wasn't friendly at all. Honestly I don't really care about that. But what I do care about is the food. I got a burger, fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets. All were cold. I don't mean even warm. I mean fully cold. Debating whether it is safe to even eat or not or if it has been sitting out for hours going bad? $16 dollars wasted. And of course, I'm headed somewhere for a specific time so no time to go back ????. I do NOT recommend eating here.
The food is burger King quality food. So it was rough the second round.
There were only two people ahead of me but it took 17minutes before I could order the girl taking orders was great because each person changed their order at least 10 times. I really felt bad for the girl but she was very patient. The burgers were good.
Food is ok and employees are friendly. The managers seem to have an issue with customer service at times. Orders are sometimes accurate. Have had to return it 3 times out of the 7 that I have gone in the last 6 months. Fries are usually hot but the burgers are warm at best.
Breakfast order was placed through drive-through. Staff was courteous. We noticed that we were missing our French toast sticks as we were pulling out, but thankfully we were able to drive through again with little traffic in front of us. The staff was very apologetic and quick to fulfill the order. If we had noticed the oversight too late, I would probably give 4 stars. But... mistakes happen and everything else was great.
