I've never received bad food so to speak - my food is always hot. But, the fries are WAAAAY over salted! Every single time! Other than that, everything is great!
The front counter young man (Jesse)really needs to be taught some customer service training. He seemed like he disliked his job and was short and barely looked at his customers. No greeting just “What can I get you?”
Then he snapped at fellow employees. He should not be the person in the front of the house greeting customers.
The food was very good it was fixed correctly but feel that you do not get an adequate amount for the price, your chicken nuggets were paper thin and your double cheeseburgers have shrink the size of a White Castle slider if I have to pay that much for something that small I might as well go there!
We were coming back from a football game and stopped at circleville because we were starving. And it was late, 9pm. The lady who took my order was rude and tried to rush me! I ordered a 12pc chicken fry for my 2&4 year old to share. They were old and hard, like rocks. Absolutely ridiculous.

I decided to give this place another chance but was served inedible food again. This time, I decided to leave a warning for any people considering this location. I didnt get a receipt either.
I dont know how or why this place always does this to me. I come after dinner time, so maybe that's when this place should be avoided.
How long do nuggets have to sit under a heat lamp to shrink like this?? I'm actually kinda curious.
Good food for a cheap price, but it gets busy enough that sometimes they forget that you still have to pay, and also they forgot our drinks by accident, which they were busy at the time I understand that I reminded them that I still had to pay and I paid
I love a good Whopper. Unfortunately, the Circleville location cannot seem to deliver a fresh WARM/HOT burger. When I do buy from there I make it a point ask for a "fresh" Whopper when ordering and double check when receiving order. I have had to return it and ask for another at the drive thru window several times due to burger being cold. Getting a subpar Whopper is very disappointing. On a good note, the staff is friendly and helpful. Btw, I tend to only get Burger King when in Columbus instead of my hometown BK. ????
If you enjoy sitting in a drive thru as the only person at the restaurant for over 10 minutes without even being talked to this is your place!
