Rude as hell, cut me off when trying to order, gave me attitude when they dropped my card and tried rushing me … go off base and eat somewhere where they appreciate customers

They really do a great job at this Burger King! Our hashbrowns were perfectly crispy! The breakfast sandwiches were hot and delicious. The staff is nice and accommodating. The folks on Hurlburt are lucky! Best Burger King around!
Getting an order here is like purchasing a mistery box, they just randomly pick stuff and put it in your order. They need to do a better job and stop rushing the orders. Rushing does not equal better customer service or efficiency.
This burger king is honestly the most miserable AAFES restaurant I've ever been to. Everyone who works there is rude and whether you'll get what you ordered is basically up to a coin flip. God forbid you go through the drive thru where they'll cut you off and talk over you then act like it's your fault when your order is wrong. My expectations for fast food on a military base are basically nothing and this place still manages to disappoint on a regular basis.
Food's pretty good, though. Definitely better than the civilian BKs in the area.
Extremely bad service. Every time I go here the line is so long, both in the drive thru and inside. It’s not because everyone just loves it, it’s because they are always under staffed and very slow at their jobs. They need to hire more people. I watched multiple people walk out because the lady working in the front was not taking anyone’s orders. I waited 15 mins or so and she never came to the counter while about 6 people were waiting in line so I finally just walked out. This is not a first time experience either, this has been an ongoing issue for at least the two years I’ve been there.
I normally try to stay away from negative comments, but my drive through experience was just unbelievable. I ordered two kids chicken nugget meals, before I had time to order anything else I was already being ushered to the second window. I apologized because I thought the lady had misunderstood me and thought I was done, I then ordered a large sprite. Once again before I could even finish the word sprite, I was being ushered to the second window this time with a hint of annoyance in her voice. When I arrived at the window I was met with a short attitude and a haste to pull up to wait for my order. I was a but confused as there was no one behind me. Nonetheless I pulled up. I waited for about 4 1/2 mins for the food (not terrible). As I pulled the chicken nuggets from the bag to hand to my kids I noticed they were hard and room temperature. The fries stale and also room temperature. We were on a tight timeline so we made due. It wasn't until I got home and read the rest of the reviews that I felt dumb. Please don't be like me. Avoid at all cost unless you absolutely have to.
It's a burger king and pretty much what you would expect.
