My experience is always a good!I love my double whopper. One of my favorite places to eat at .I usually order the double whopper sandwich with onion rings,customer service is good food prepared to my liking.
They take forever to bring out orders. The girls take work there are not friendly what’s so ever and have nasty attitudes when taking orders.
Usually they say welcome to Burger where you rule.. not here.. I asked for meal to be fresh. McDonald's does it all time.
They told me 20mins said you sure you wanna wait that long
.. I said yes she said hold on.. came back and said oh biscuits are in the oven 3mins at drive thru pull up and park but I waited over 20mins not 3min. When I went inside I heard them gigglings in Spanish about my meal and something about me still waiting. I know Spanish sad when rude people think they can get away with something they'll do it sometimes they'll do unimaginable things. Cant trust this Burger King
When she saw me she laugh again and said it's coming out right now. I just politely asked for a refund in English.

Technical glitches and all, still better than any competitor. Sadly, the lobby fountain drink dispenser was not functional, neither was the ice cream machine, in a 90+ degree scalding day. Topping off my customer experience was the non-existent WiFi... That allows you to connect only to not have internet access.
So u waited for almost 10 mins for a dine in fountain drink for $2.72, no ice cream cone, no internet and myself wondering why I was not gratis'd the purchase.
The survey code on the receipt was invalid also, kinda figured because nothing seemed to work properly at this location. Where is the store manager, district or regional managers to realign the value and brand?
Sadly, this location just lacked much of anything though the power outlet did provide adequate charge for a boost up on the cell phone battery.
It was a nice restaurant. The food was good and the service was good
Seems like there's one guy here running the whole store, he has curly hair and glasses. He's doing an excellent job, attending to customers right away and patiently taking their order. Our food came out quickly, correct, and hot.
Went in at 6:12am for to go inside and the door was locked and there were two workers in there, a blonde and brown hair Latinas. This is absurd. I've been coming here for awhile and not once I've had this kind of problem.
