Unless you are starving, do not stop at this Burger King. It's slow , unorganized, the soda machine doesn't work, the bathrooms are closed due to being out of order and dinning room was a mess. All that I can deal with but when I order food and pay a good price for it ,it should be right. I ordered one of the new melts and it came out untoasted. When I took it back to the manager and asked to get it toasted....she looked at it and said it is toasted and then looked at another employee and said she's complaining that her sandwich isn't toasted. You be the judge. Horrible customer service
Giving 1 star because it won't allow ZERO stars. Drive thru around 8pm on 2/19. Placed my order with the older lady, she had astute and attitude and I paid for it neither of my whopper juniors were as I ordered them. She actually ordered them to the cook staff exactly backwards. Nothing was marked on the wrappers and we didn't know, until we were down the road. Couldn't eat the burgers because of onions(food allergy) she ordered extra onions on them.
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT GET ANY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. IT HAD TO BE THE WORST BURGER KING IN THE WORLD!!!
I usually stop at this Burger King when I’m working this side in Eustis. Today, I stopped and the dining room was closed. Really needed the restroom but they told me to go around and go through the drive-through. The menu board was blurry and I could hardly see the numbers on the board. How did the number one with cheese and heavy onions made it a large and they told me my total and asked me to pull around.
When I pulled in the first window to pay, the lady was very nice and friendly. I paid the $9.94 for my number one whopper cheese with fries. The woman thanked me and asked me to pull forward.
When I got to the second window, the lady handed me the large Coke and asked me, Do you want any condiments; salt,ketchup, or pepper? I said sure. My order was right out and she said, “ thank you, hon.” I said you’re welcome and have a great day.
The first thing I did was stick my straw in my Coke and take a big drink. It was really watered down and not nice.
The fries were hot and fresh not over cooked just right. They were lightly salted and tasted great.
The whopper with cheese was hot and fresh. The lettuce was crisp and Green. Onions were crisp and no centerpieces on the burger. The tomatoes were ripe and juicy.
The food made up for the dining room being closed and no bathroom. Overall 4 of 5 stars.

Hungry after a long shift (16 hours) I didn't want to cook.
I went through the drive through and ordered. I requested no cheese in my burger. i found it had cheese and they requested i pull around so they can make a new Burger. after several minutes a young lady came out gave me a new burger which also had cheese on it. I went back to find the same young lady outside vaping with some gentleman on a bike. after another several minutes they finally brought the burger out that looked like it had been thrown together. avoid it... Starving would be better
Very prompt and courteous service, great meal deals. The original chicken sandwich can't be beat, it's a sure fire winner. And the Whopper was fantastic, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. French fries were exceptional too, fresh, tasty and salty, just like they're supposed to be. I will be returning, that's for sure.
Staff sucks. They have attitude, they don’t listen, they don’t care worth anything. The food is never right or in stock. Again the staff is rudeeeeeee. If I could give negitive stars i would.
This quite possibly the worst Burger King in the county. They can't keep employees more than a week, doors are often locked because of no staff, employees don't know how to use the register, out of supplies routinely, dirty old parking lot in need of new asphalt, checkout counter is tiny, seats are uncomfortable, priority given to drive thru while inside customers must wait. The best thing to do is shut down the drive thru. Do not go to this location if you are hungry and in a hurry. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone who didnt get her breakfast sandwich. When they finally figured it out, the 10:30 menu replaced the breakfast menu. DO NOT GO HERE
