Pulling in the parking lot was dirty were no cars in line. So I posted the speaker and she immediately said they were only accepting cash payments and exact change only in the credit card machines down.
I was unable to be serviced I had no cash????
Whenever I go, which is pretty infrequently there systems are always down! No other place has these issues and I’m going here during my lunch so time is already limited and it’s just frustrating for them to never be working
On that day, drive-thru service was actually pretty good for a change. The Whopper meal (no pickles) was tasty-good, and sweet made just right. ...put a smile on my face.
Look, the food is fire but we already know the service will suck and they won't process our payment separately. They suck for that but we didn't expect anything more honestly ????
Always friendly and very helpful staff anytime I have come and I am a regular to this location on Harvard the bathroom and in general all common areas seem to be in clean order when I come in food is always hot and crispy the drinks station is always properly dispensing soda no uneven mixtures.
Do not order online they sent me the wrong food and did not answer the phone. The food the sent me was old and the fries was very old soggy looking look like Food was cooked in old Grease I threw all of it away. Burger King on Harvard need to be closed period. The service is nasty inside and online a shame that people don’t care what they serve to the customers SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!
They were good when we 1st moved u here. Now it's ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes for my order,only car in line. All that time and my order was wrong and cold. They about bad as Popeye's on Lee rd
The manager which is a male tried to fight a woman for telling them the floor was wet and some one could hurt them selves the man followed the young lady to her car and proceeded to go back and forward with young lady insulting her and all, how could y’all A men that’s willing to put his hands on a woman working for y’all company if I was the young lady I would Sue it’s all on video when ask for his name and supervisor he said he was supervisor
