The employe had a bad actitude and never sayed hello and he didn't put the bacon on it. Doesn't look good for the business. I never come back again here.
Ask for onions and this is what i got, I expected the food to be warm, but NO! Nuggets were cold and taste like old oil, the wrap seems like it had a whole onion. They also forgot a order of onion rings. Ridiculous :/ Piece of hair also included.
My Bacon King had a metal bristle on it. It resembled one of those metal hairs found on grill brushes. I had the misfortune of discovering debris during a bite. When confronting the store manager, she responded with indifference. She simply inquired as to what kind of sandwich I had and proceeded to command that I enjoy my meal as if I didn't nearly experience a reason to serve her head to corporate.
I arrived at 10:15am at the counter with a breakfast coupon that I had previously received in the mail a day earlier. I was first told the coupon was no good, then that they were out of eggs and then breakfast was over even though the electronic reader board still read breakfast menu. The manager finally took my order but charged me $3 more than the coupon. The manager on duty was rude and hostile. . Obviously it was gonna be his rule.
I had about given up on eating Burger King because they always undercooked the onion rings & fries but today everything was perfect. Fresh,fast. & crispy golden onion rings. Keep up the good work.
I go here daily unfortunately but today really was unacceptable. Waited in line 21 minutes and then got my food (mozzarella sticks) burnt which you can’t even eat them. Then they have me waiting in line another 19ish minutes, then they told me I have to wait again and park in the front. I waited again 15 more minutes and the girl who gave me the mozzarella sticks didn’t even say anything to me. I do not recommend this burger kind to anyone. The staff is always very rude and they take forever to take your order and to give you the food. Oh and instead of closing at 12AM, you’ll come and they already closed by 11pm! Horrible service, but the only one closest to my house unfortunately.
The cashier was very pleasant, apologized for having me to wait which I didn’t expect. I went inside to order to go, and when order was ready, I asked for 3 packs of ketchup and I was told NO by the person who was packing and handing the food. She told me to get it from over the counter pump, which I didn’t want to since I was driving g back to work. Stating the packets are for the drive through.
KELI an staff last night went above an beyond, my whopper meal came out bad the meat was overcooked an Keli with her excellent customer service took care of it all an the cook made brand new whoppers an the staff made sure I was good an asked to make up for it by giving extra fries an mozzarella sticks an kept checking on me thru the re make of the meal. This burger king is the best in Orlando!
