Normally, I never post, but this is the second time that I feel ripped off. First time I didn’t even get my order. I always order a double whopper with cheese, large fry and a Dr Pepper. That’s my order. Never changes that however, the last two times I have not received that order this time I received, a god-awful mushroom Swiss burger with dried out bread. The bread is so dry that I feel homeless eating it. I spend a lot of money and I never satisfied. It pisses me off it’s not right.
To their credit it was clean, though it isn’t to hard with the lack of customers. The manager personally made my cotton candy cloud and he literally just poured the sugar cream over it instead of making the foam. If the lack of effort wasn’t evident it was a laughable amount ( less than a teaspoon). On top of that, he was scowling and never made eye contact with me even while he walked around. For context I was the only one in line and there was only one other person eating inside and the drive through had one person..so no excuse for the attitude. I have had many problems with lack of effort from this Burger King. Usually the time it takes to get food… but the training is underwhelming as well. Most employees don’t seem up to date on how orders work with the app and constantly know less about promotions than I do.

Usually I won’t leave reviews like this, Especially about Burger King because Usually they are really good, but this one in Sterling Colorado was Horrible! First the employees were slow, I get it, it’s hard working all day, only problem… It wasn’t even Busy! 4 Employees were working there (as Of my knowledge) and they still took forever, we waited in the drive through and they told us “Just a minute” it was like 5-7 minutes! We went in and the floors weren’t clean, tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom (Men’s) was nasty, trash was full, Flys were inside, and toilets were full of stuff. We go to order and I see on the wait sign 2 orders, they were basic to, one going for 8 minutes and another for 6! After we payed for our food and went to sit down, it took a additional 10-15 minutes just to receive our food! Once we got the food they Messed up our order! They forgot some food, we go back and tell them, they acknowledged. A minute later one of the employees call our number again, and we said we aready got the food, she said “Oh really? Wow” sounding like she was high (not to be mean or rude) I wasn’t positive if she was really high or not though. We go and pick up the final sandwich and go to eat, we did get some Chicken Jr’s and there was barley any Mayo on it! After getting extra Mayo and eating, it went fine from there, the food was still good.
To anyone that wants to eat here, be prepared for a possible wait
To GM, please when you get the time, talk to your employees and see if you can get this stuff fixed, I see that you guys are getting a lot of Bad reviews and complaints, Photos will be attached to this Review

I have always been happy with BK. No matter what its been a pretty good experience. Many times we would stop in here and have lunch before going to Walmart or Home depot. Good location and pretty good parking.
Prices have gone up with times yet now one has to consider if they are willing to pay for fast food as they would with a sit down restaurant.
This place consistently proves a poor choice. Took forever to take my order with no one sales in the “restaurant.” Ordered a burger plain, reiterated burger Pattie, cheese, bun. Nothing else, still comes fully coated in brown lettuce and old tomatoes, that’s just the last time. ????
So happy the play area is back open! I loved my original chicken sandwich and my toddlers loved her crown, chicken nuggets & ice cream ☺️ but especially playing! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Decided to give it a chance even though they have nasty reviews.
I assume the cashier didnt speak English bc we struggled to communicate with him. Just kept saying "yeah, yeah" but it was not a yes or no question. Why not put an English speaking person at the register?
He walked away as soon as we approched the counter and were ready to order. Waited forever and eventually had to yell out "hey is anyone here to help us". He came up all confused.
Icee machine came out like water. Got 4 different sodas and they tasted awful. High chairs are filthy.
They put our food in a bag and tossed it on the counter and walked away to the back again, didnt know if it was ours or someone else's.
Needed ranch but took 10 mins to get someones attention to get it.
Been sick for days. All i ate was chicken fries.

The burgers are like rubber & so small. The chicken fries are hard as a rock. I used to love Burger King, but it's horrible now. The kids area smells like urine. The restaurant is dark & dank. I have gone back repeatedly, hoping it would improve. It just keeps getting worse. Never going back again.
