Spent 25 minutes waiting for my food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and they gave me a cheeseburger without bacon ????
5 stars for Brandy the drive thru cashier. Super sweet and friendly. All the staff today were very nice which is a nice change of pace
Tasty food, somehow ordering 2 hamburgers confused the staff but I'm willing to write that off as a bad day. Those Whopper Jr.s with bacon and Swiss were tasty as all get out so I'm satisfied.
I went inside to get my order and it was hot and fresh.I saw signs on the drive thru and that's why I went in. They were having a change problem. They were cleaning in the kitchen area as I waited for my drink. All employees seemed busy and working together well.

I ordered a BK bigfish and you could actually ring the grease out of the bun like a wash cloth! DISCUSSING!!

Person said that they didn't have stacker sauce. Just went last week and the person told me exactly how to order it. Same thing in Springfield got what I wanted.
Food was hot. Service was slow, but friendly. They were trying, just seemed under staffed or in training.
I suggest to always eat at this one at the edge of Springfield right by rt.29. Best friendly staff no matter how busy they are and the drive thru is always busy. I go in and get it to go,
