Everything about this location is horrible, the same employees have been there forever and nothing ever changes, wait times for food are ridiculous! Even if you order online still expect a 20 min wait, it’s like they try to suck at their jobs and they’re doing great! The district manager or manger or whoever needs to either make a change or just try and care … places like this is why people hate fast food places.
HORRIBLE employees, HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE management.
Messes up my order. Charges me for a “donation fee”, which I DID NOT agree too. Then makes me make ANOTHER order, because SHE messed up.
No apology, and did NOR give me my refund! Instead she gave me 100 pennies.
How hard can it be to work at Burgee King?
SUPER disappointed.
I ordered on the app, but the app glitches and didn’t submit the order. I didn’t realize until I pulled into the drive through. The lady I spoke to at the window was super apologetic (even though it wasn’t her fault!) and she asked me to come inside. I placed my order again inside, and everything went well.
It was super busy, but the wait time was normal and my order was correct. This is a very busy location (right off of Interstate 25 and next door to a hotel and gas station), so please be patient with the employees. They’re doing the best they can!
Went to this location for lunch. Waited 15 minutes before I ordered, and then I waited 20 more minutes after ordering. Many people left due to the long wait. The lady at the window forgot to give me back my credit card. I had to park and knock at the window to retrieve it. It was not the fast food experience I was hoping for.
Absolutely the worst service I've had at a Burger King. Along with myself, 3 other people were complaining about the speed. A DoorDash guy was complaining the an employee that he had been waiting 15 minutes for his delivery order. An elder lady waited 10 minutes for a Vanilla Shake. I was inside because I sat at the drive thru speaker and never got helped. A couple walked out before ordering because they were tired of waiting. The individual I expressed my complaint to had taken her badge off before speaking to me. I didn't get a glimpse of her name, but under the name said GENERAL MANAGER. She seemed like she gave zero #$&@ about what was going on. She had zero sense of urgency and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood because of her.
The GM (what he said he was) and another male were arguing in back very loudly so that everyone in the dining area could hear. It went on for about 15 minutes. It made everyone eating feel like they were going to fight or something. They kept mentioning going to talk to “Joe” about their issues. The females that were working tried to calm them down but they just got louder. I felt bad for the female workers just trying to do their jobs. Issues like this should be addressed in an office or out back so that guests can’t hear. Very poor management. The food was good but a really bad trade off to dining in with awful atmosphere.
Only giving 1 star because it's close to my work... slowest burger King I've ever been to... waited 10 minutes for old fries and to have the window closed on me with the employee just standing there holding my food talking to her coworkers. Not worth being late for work
Very hit and miss, very inconsistent place to eat. Sometimes the food is perfect, other times every single item down to the soda is messed up. Isn't really worth the time to stop here and gamble $15 for lunch.
