When I come here it’s always around 7pm or later, and I have never had a bad experience. I have very high expectations, and most fast food places just never meet it.. sure this isn’t gourmet food.. it’s Burger King.. but the service however is always amazing. I always get my food fast, and today was the first issue I have ever had with this location and the manager did an amazing job taking care of me. I’m extremely pleased and love coming here!
Ordered two whoppers with bacon and cheese, one with no tomato, no ketchup, because of a food allergy. Both burgers came burnt with hardly anything on them, and both had ketchup. Worse whoppers either of us have ever had.
They seem to have no pride in what they’re serving, I realize it’s a fast food place but it was ridiculous. The inside is not clean at all I hate to see the kitchen area. I’ve always enjoyed BK but this place is terrible hopefully the owner steps in before it’s too late.
Because my order took a couple minutes longer, they upgraded my onion rings from medium to large. And was fresh and hot! They were awesome!
This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. Drive thru is always extremely slow. Like 15 mins to get your food. The inside is not much better. Very dirty. Glass not washed, food on the floor and all the tables are dirty.. I would like to say it was because they are busy. But at 8am on a Saturday? Come on!
Manager was yelling at the crew and not helping out, atomspher was tense and chaos, ordere online cheesy tots, but when there they advised me that special is no longer running, was given motorella sticks instead and another order of fries and cookies
The dine-in experience is absolutely abysmal. For your own sanity, use the drive-thru when the line’s not spilling out into the parking lot. The food is okay, and the customer service is the only reason I’d consider coming back. But back to the dine-in experience: the soda machine in the lobby is literally blaring BK ads on maximum volume non-stop alongside noise that supposedly passes for music. That’s it. It’s so bad that it overshadows anything positive about this place. I feel sorry for the poor people who have to work near it and listen to that noise all day, because if it were me, I couldn’t do it, so hats off to the staff once again. Please, for your own sanity and that of anyone with you, avoid the lobby.
EDIT AS OF 11/10/23:
The advertisements have been silenced. I was greeted by glorious silence and tasteful country music upon entering the lobby. The staff are friendly and competent, and the atmosphere has been vastly improved with the removal of the screaming-loud ads.
Food was good, as usual from BK. However, it took about 20 minutes for us to get our food, while we sat and watched the employees talk and ignore other customers coming into the store. Sammich was cooled by the time i got it, fries weren't fresh either so not quite sure what took 20 minutes to make
