Excellent service from Lucas at the cash.
Somehow our burger was cold. Not warm, cold. The fries were not hot but were delicious. The soft drinks perfect.
Every single table was dirty.
Just tried ordering from the Kiosk. Card reader was not working well with chip so used the slide. Card said it was authorizing and then declined. It would not accept any other card either. Checked my email and the card was charged the correct amount. The lady at the register said that the order did not go through so they could not give me my food. I could talk to the manager who was returning in 30 minutes after my boarding time. I used to eat breakfast at Burger King almost every day. Never again.
By far the worst Burger King I’ve been to in the entire world. My burger was cold. Looked bad. And my fries container was probably pulled out of the trash. I didn’t use ketchup but there was some smeared in the fries container.
Wait in line to order at the counter. Staff boots me out to the self-serve kiosk, behind a half dozen others who were sitting behind me. Why not pull the ribbon so people don’t form a line at the counter? Or add one more to the two staff struggling to keep up with the order volume? Help me understand.
Horrible service. Understaffed and employees too busy on their phones to do their jobs. Counter rep would allow orders to sit and then bag up 10 or more at 1 time, nearly missed my flight due to their lack of service. 43 minutes wait for 3 whoppers, 2 french fries and a 8 piece nugget for my family, then upon finally getting my order they shorted us the nuggets and a french fry. All this for the low low price of $50. Save yourself the hassle this place sucks!
Standing in line to hear a man, who received his burger, say that he can’t eat it as he’s allergic to the sesame seeds on the bun. The photo on the menu shows a bun with NO sesame seeds on it. The gentleman was very polite and spoke gently. The cook came over, all rough looking, with tattoos, and started yelling at the poor man. Being very loud, rude and aggressive. Manager quickly came over and told the cook to stop, and to get back into the preparation area. Cook ignored manager and continued to berate the gentleman. Then we heard his friend and coworker, tell the manager that the customer swore under his breath. That was a blatant lie! The manager more forcefully told the two to get back the kitchen. Manager was very nice. We then walked away to get our food elsewhere. That cook needs to be fired. How dare he come into the cash area to yell at a polite customer. This was at Harry Reid airport in Vegas on Friday May 24th at dinnertime.
Completely disgusting restaurant
, food was nasty. I order a new one meal with large fries and my fries were cold and my burger wasn’t cooked all the way and when i tried to get it remade the worker just dismissed me claiming it was cooked, couldn’t even enjoy a meal and to top it off a bug was crawl in the dirty tables that look like they barely clean for new customers. Is white lady chubby blonde curl hair women with glasses was completely rude to me and didn’t listen to a word I had to say when all i was trying to do is ask her if they take cash. Instead of saying yes or no she completely cut me off and directed me to a kiosk that only accept card all because she didn’t want to do her job.
Not gonna lie it's pretty big burger. King bacon cheeseburger. But who was only allowed to order through the kiosk very slow.
