Their food quality isn't bad, it's just the customer service. They always either open late or they close early. And they also don't ask if you have a mobile order code. They don't really like taking those.
I always come here when it's time for Burger King, only establishment that's clean and organized. Where the chicken nuggets taste like chicken. The order always comes out nice and fresh. The atmosphere is always relaxing. I'm here at 4 pm n people just love this place. Quiet n peaceful just come and get your treats...
The service in this Burger King is horrendous and Marlon and Cathy should be fired for the way they treated us. On multiple occasions our order was missing items and when we called they blamed it on the delivery company. Stay away from this store! No stars!!!
Honestly back then management was just awful. Now that they have new managers they’ve changed a lot. Food looks edible now and a lot of the staff are super friendly! Keep it up Burger King!
I went there and I got a hair in between the cheese, I asked for a refund and the manager asked me if it was my hair, I asked her to explain me how I put my own hair in between the cheese, at the end they refund me the burger who had the hair, but never coming back, disgusting.
This has been the quickest Burger King location ever. The person taking the order was knowledgeable about the ingredients on the items. He turned BK in to a wayback burger for me that night. I wish I would have gotten his name. I would have definitely gave him his manager a call. I wish my photo was better.
The food is usually good, but the fact that we had to wait a while for our food just for it to be cold really threw me off. My burgers were cold, my fries were cold, and on top of that, the onion rings were the worst things I’ve ever seen. They were dry, rock hard, and looked old. I tried to put it in my mouth and couldn’t even bite it because they were so hard. You can tell they didn’t make them fresh and were just reheating them over and over again. I’d say out of my medium order of onion rings, I was only able to eat three.

They always open late and they make you wait in the dining room over drive through and theres a manager who stands there doing nothing.
