It took 45 minutes to pick up a pick up order when there were only two people in front of us in line and the food was sitting there (visible from where I was waiting) THE ENTIRE TIME! What idiot is "running" this store? Fire them, they suck at training these "people". It's pretty obvious the kids didn't know proper sanitation or food handling procedures so maybe check that the manager you hired actually got their foodhandlers ServSafe and is training people and isn't just a big fat liar? I get your store is a product of the location and "people" you allow to half work for money but maybe actually care about the quality of the food coming out? Not all of us can afford your mistakes.
Chantal took my order, a man with braids handed me the freezing cold snack wrap in a ripped bag…are y’all serious about this ridiculous service!?? They can’t even do the bare minimum! (2/13/24)
I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich meal, asked them to MAKE IT FRESH but they give me a chicken sandwich that tasted horrible. Like it had just been heated up instead. The lettuce wasn’t fresh either, it was all brown. Won’t be coming to this location again because their food tastes horrible & the women who work there always have an attitude as well!
I’ve been a regular customer even though sometimes their food takes a little longer. Today I had to pull to the front of the building to wait for my drive thru order because they were busy and that was fine. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand it can get busy so I try to be patient. But when I went in to pick it up the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. She turned to the people cooking and said I was “spazzing” out when I was just calmly stating I had already paid in the drive thru. I really did not appreciate that and I am autistic so that made it even worse. I will never be back there.
The breakfast workers are still good, but the evening staff or at least the manager is not. There seems to be a much longer evening wait with the same traffic. Tonight, they shut down the shake machine but still took my online order. They substituted a single $2 pie instead of the $4 shake in my order and the worker said the manager wouldnt do anything more than that.
Came here 2 times today once before work and once after and i was in the drive thru, mind you its just me, for 15 minutes each time. I feel like the worker's hate the customers so much here they just wanna make you wait even if you're the only one in line. Like just to make you regret ordering from them in the first place.
Watched the Manger pull a bag of trash from the trash can and handed it off to another employee. Then she proceeds to bag up my fries and the rest of my food. Never washed her hands or used gloves. Just nasty smh
This location has the worse attitude and ghetto people working. Everytime me and my husband come in, we always hear the employees complaining about food orders and orders take extra long to get out. That's one thing, but yesterday I just can not believe what I saw and heard from 2 female employees. Gossiping and snickering about a customer with her child in front of another customer trying to order. That is so uncalled for! Mind your business and do your job! Don't belittle people because you're unhappy! We all work and trying our best in this world. Be kind! The audacity of the workers there! BK stop hiring these kind of people!
The cashier who waited on us was very nice. She warned us to be careful when eating our fries because they had just cooked them and they were hot. What great service ????
