Definitely never coming here again. Burgers were extremely dry, and they messed up the order twice. Also they didn’t put condiments on any of the burgers. Check your burgers and meals before you leave. They’ll probably be cold, soggy onion rings, or not made right. On top of spending $16 for sub par food, the attitude of the cashier was really horrid. First bad experience at a Burger King. They also wouldn’t let me use a coupon I took a screenshot of on my app because I had poor service and the page wouldn’t load and I didn’t feel like running back outside for my service to kick in, which I get is policy but I’ve never had an issue at a drive thru at any location (I travel across the continent) if my phone isn’t loading.
Horrible service, watched my food sit on the warmer for 15 minutes with a worker staring at it, asked if I could have my food before it got cold and she barked at a new employee to get it , accused him of making me wait when she could have gotten it herself anytime during that 15 minutes, also they do not honor the BK app, their excuse, they dont work for burger King, yet they use burger Kings traid mark, signs, computer self order machines, uniforms, symbols and advertising..... place is a joke and no customer service of any kind, just rudeness. When I asked about my burger King rewards they barked at me rudely, "we dont work for burgerking"
Grilled chicken was over an hour old and incredibly small. Was ignored by the cashier for close to 5 minutes. Unacceptable, given this was around 1pm on a weekend. I won't be eating here again.

So if you want to talk to a person you have to get into cash only line. I refuse to participate so I walked away. Stop copying McDonald's and losing customers!
They were really busy
Might as well put away your coupons and any app that you happen to have because this Burger King will not honor any specials or deals or any pricing advertise. commercials they do what the hell they want to do.... They overcharge for limited menu products that are sub par for Burger King. When you see participation varies on varies on any coupon you can guarantee they will not honor it. Even the Burger King app on your phone will not work with this location because they are in such violation of all standards that all other Burger kings follow. You're better getting off the expressway paying the toll going to a local Burger King and supporting the local economy, and then getting back on the expressway then going to this lousy place.
Absolutely terrible experience, I would be imbarrased to work here. Screens don't work so the menu is taped to the table *with the prices crappily whited out* I got the chicken fry meal and through the white-out I could see the price begin with a 6 I was charged over 8. And not to mention that I got a cup with gunk on it, and so did the next 3. If I owned this place I would be ashamed and quite frankly I would eat here, for your own health.
I ordered 2 impossible whoppers without sauce . A young white blonde man with a silver necklace was making my order. The guy who was making my sandwich kept itching his nose and continued with my sandwich. Then he put something on the sandwich that wasn’t what I ordered I think it was maybe sauce or something, he takes the burger, shakes it to remove the sauce and and puts the burger back on the sandwich. I made another order same 2 impossible sandwiches and he did the same exact thing, itched his nose and messed my order. Total was 4 sandwiches all went in the trash.
