I hadn't been to a Burger King for years, but yesterday I went.
The place was spotless, the employees were good, I had the Texas Whopper.
It was perfect.
Plus? It cost far less than I expected.
They’ve gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I’ve gone to this location. I only ordered 2 item each time. They clearly don’t know what ingredients go on which burger, and instead of actually looking it up, they seem to just guess and hope for the best. It’s really not that hard.
Go to the one up on 2nd instead.
One of the worst restaurants in Edmond is this Burger King. Starting from placing the order and getting it accurately in the system, to the long waiting time and ending by the disgusting taste of their burgers and French fries. Additionally, not a hygiene place and not recommended for sure.
our order was nearly completely wrong, the only thing they got right were my large onion rings, and that container was Half Full. abysmal service. no one answers the phones there so don't bother calling. the drive thru took over 10 minutes to begin moving, with only 3 cars in the queue. the manager, once I went Indoors to check on my order since the drive thru was horrific, was screaming at her employees And customers. worst service and food I have experienced in my entire life. the inside was super messy as well, several dirty tables, wrappers and trash all over the counters, and ketchup piled and crusted all over the machine. entirely disappointing experience.
Think of the reasons you go to Burger King- great Whoppers. But why don’t you go? Slow right. Ok maybe not as fast as some places but 5 minutes and that was dine in- way faster than ever before. Now look at the eating area- comfortable seating, clean very well lit, even had a tv going. Bathroom was clean.
food is not bad but jesus please hire employees who are competent in taking a basic order. went in and waited 10 minutes for an old lady trying to figure out the computer system. had over 6 people in there waiting
Absolute disgrace of a fast food restaurant. I placed an ONLINE ORDER on the app and I was one of 2 cars in drive thru. It took over 30 mins for them to ask what I wanted only for me to say I already ordered online. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my food and I didn't even get the right items. I was not going to wait another 50 minutes for a whopper.
Drove to two different locations to get ice cream for my husband because it’s his favorite. Both of their machines were broken. I will not be returning.
