It's 10pm I just went to the drive thru and the young lady says "We're closed they close @ 1am or 2am" Ok....On top of I was just here the other night ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. Once again a young lady tells me they making 1 of my whoppers fresh so I have to wait 6 minutes for 1 whopper to be made fresh regardless I ordered 2. So 1 fresh and the other isn't???? Worse BK ever????????????????????????????????????????
The manager Katherine is wonderful. She never lets my down her and her night shift is amazing. Food hot , nice conversation, enjoyed they company. And they were all very helpful
Workers were very nice and helpful and customer service was great. Got my food almost right away and it tasted fresh and good. Great place to come and eat fast and fresh.
Went to get lunch today at this location employees pretended like I wasn't even standing at the cash register. Finally when they took my order I must have been there 30 minutes before I got my food very poor service. To add insult to injury when I tried to take the survey online to my amazement the receipt was not readable. So I called the restaurant and spoke to Katherine I believe her name was. She was very rude and disrespectful and told me that it wasn't her problem and hung up in my face. In closing they should shut that place down and they give Burger King a bad name. For the record I love Burger King just not this one........ Terrible service.
This location is terrible. I witnessed an employee (homosexual) man arguing with a customer all because the man asked about his food. The manager stood there & watched. After waiting 20 minutes of waiting for a Junior whopper meal there was another employee that verbally insulted me . Before I could leave the store I over heard the employees talking about the other customers that had just out the store
Ordered 2 shakes and only got 1 straw then my shake was suppose to be a oreo chocolate shake and it wasn't that, barely even had chocolate in it and didn't have the oreo.
Outstanding customer service, super fast, and efficient. Kids loved it here! Will absolutely come again
They close early when they aren’t supposed to. Very ghetto and not professional at all. This location needs to be shut down for good since they wanna close early while online orders are still able to be made.
