The only good thing about this was the location in the airport. The service was ridiculously slow. I spent 35 minutes in line, only to wait another 25 minutes for them to make my order. I had to ask them to check for my order, and it had not been made. One of the workers in the front had to assist the cooks and make my food. The burger looked good at first glance. But, once I began eating it, I noticed it became more raw as I neared the center. Gross! I did not finish it for fear of getting salmonella. I did not have the time to ask for a refund. I may have missed my flight, as many other customers feared, and exited the line before ordering, after being in line for over 20 minutes. This location needs to be overhauled. The first step is to hire folks who can move faster than a snail! The operation of this location is UNACCEPTABLE, and if it was my franchise, I'd fire everyone!
I stopped by for breakfast before an early morning flight, and the wait was long. There was egg on both croissants that was ordered without egg. Luckily, I removed it before my daughter saw it. The hashbrowns could have been cooked a little longer.
The wait was ridiculously long because there was only one cashier working this busy airport. Waited in line for an hour. Thankfully, the food came out faster than the wait to order. You aren’t allowed to use the BK app here.
Ordered some fries, and they tasted as though they were fried in old oil. They also weren’t salted at all.
Line to order is long. Line waiting to get your food is even longer. The food looks barely edible. Just skip this place and hit up the vending machines instead if you're trying to catch a flight.
Fries were lukewarm warm and chicken nuggets were terrible- overcooked and dry. Staff were friendly but the food hall is in dire need of a refurbishment. Not enough capacity for the number of guests and traffic so lines are terribly long
If you have a flight to board in 1 hour, do not order here. It took me exactly 29 minutes to get my order. Whatever was fried tasted rancid (fries and nuggets), there was no ice in the soft drink machines, and the entire left-hand soda machine was only dispensing water. The person yelling the order numbers for pickup barely spoke above a whisper so people could not hear without crowding around the counter. It was a disaster.
Absolutely horrible. 45 min wait in line. Only 1 cash register open with 6 people in kitchen. Menu board is out so no one in line knows what to order. Has a self serve kiosk but it’s right next to open register so you cannot order on it when someone is at register. If you watch the employees they all show no urgency and have only 1 speed. SUPER SLOW!!!! Management is horrible and disorganized. Cashier is literally the slowest I have seen in years.
I'm not big on fast food but had seen some commercials recently offering a new chicken sandwich and decided to give it a try. When I unwrapped it I thought they gave me the wrong thing but they indeed insisted I got what I ordered. I said to the person at the register, "How come this doesn't look like the one advertised on TV or even on your menu board?" It looked half the size - like they forgot the chicken patty or something else. The one on TV and the menu board just looked way more appealing and I instantly lost my appetite. I ate it because I thought maybe it tasted better than it looked. News Flash, it didn't! Never going back there!
