Ordered 2 wraps and onion rings. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru. Chicken looks like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Also got a combo of buffalo and honey mustard on 1 wrap lol. Beware of this BK.
Sigh, seems like every fast food restaurant visit lately has been a less than positive experience. Today's visit was no different.
Was able to order quickly. Then went to the restroom. (Which was clean.)
When I returned to the counter to await my food...a group of 3 men had brought back their sandwiches. None of them had cheese as ordered.
I had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a Hershey Sundae Pie...both long-term favorites. Unfortunately my sandwich...both the meat and bun were dry.
Sigh.
Kudos to DaNae and this Eastside Burger King management team!! A couple weeks ago, late evening I was in the drive through when a young black teen walked up to the window and stood a few ft from the passenger side of my vehicle. The cashier asked could she help him. He said he lost track of time and don’t have a way home. She told him she (me) can’t help you but come inside. She took my order and I then watched her offer him food and call for some type of transportation for him. She told him we’ll get you home. I went back to store today and was told the young teen made it home safely and his mother came to the store to thank them. This worker not only looked out for the child but for my safety as well. Great teamwork, community support and love in action this team provided! Keep up the good work!! God bless you all!
Bad service! Today we went to eat here I asked for barbecue sauce and a big lady almost threw me the sauce and when we sat to eat they screamed our number order again I had food in my mouth so I couldn't say yes quickly and the lady in the cashier said loudly they know they heard! I felt so weird then the other big chubby light skinned lady was talking about me and my daughter out loud for no reason Burger king needs to get good employees we couldn't even eat our food comfortable we will never go here again
I have been at work since 6pm 12/17, I got off at 4pm on 12/18 and decided to grab dinner from this location. ALL I WANT IS WHAT I ORDERED, which was a double Whopper meal, and I do not want to have to come back out after a very long day. I was CHARGED FOR A DOUBLE WHOPPER MEAL. Why didn't I RECEIVE A DOUBLE WHOPPER MEAL??? My goodness!! It wasn't even terribly busy. This is my sign to cook or starve because these restaurants have some sort of quota of incorrect orders and I'm always one of the chosen ones.
I waited more than 20 minutes just to get a Whopper Jr. Fast food? I don't think so. Plus they only give you a senior discount if it applies to drinks.
My go to lunch is usually the local BK. Stoped in to this BK and found friendly people. The ordered foods were prepared correctly. I enjoyed the double Cheeseburger and fries meal. A good deal for the money. The place was clean and orderly.
Horrible spent 45mins of my hr lunchbreak in line not the window then 10 at the window waiting on Cornelius to bring the payment drawer only for my fries to be cold and no straw for my drink...on a Sunday hate to see Mon-Fri.. HORRIBLE
