Always friendly staff and speedy drive thru time. Food is always fresh. And the guy who was handing food out this morning is always so polite, give that guy a raise!!! He’s awesome.
5/20/24 10:20pm had to edit this review and put another good one. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Having worked in fast food before, I know late night orders can be frustrating. But the food was fresh and the workers had a great attitude. Much appreciated!!
I was the only customer inside, and the staff verbally played the “not-it” game 5 feet in front of me, on who had to take my order. Definitely made me feel unwelcome, awkward, and a burden!
Decent fat burgers, fries, etc. at a low price. Fast service and a clean facility. Kids play area now open. A worthy alternative to the other, bigger, Fast food chain.
A guy took our order not sure if he was a manager or not, didn't have a great personality let alone people skills, I felt rushed by him, he also was also talking over my wife as she was making her order as well as being hateful over the chicken nuggets part of the order for my daughter. Furthermore this gentleman was talking down on nearly all of his fellow crew members. This restaurant use to be one of the better restaurants in the Clarksburg area, won't be returning.
I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese no tomato, from the drive thru. I noted the display said “double cheese - 2 slices” and had a 1$ charge. It wasn’t worth my time so I let it go but wondered why cheese costs at all. Got home and sat down to eat my 8$ sandwich and guess what? Not only is there not two pieces of cheese but there’s no cheese at all. Called to complain but of course no answer.

My toddlers love the play area. My now 3 year old even requested to have her birthday party there. It went well for the little amount of space that was there. The staff was nice. We were even able to bring an extra table. Decorations are minimal but we were still able to make it her chosen theme. I would recommend here only for 4 and younger. The play place itself isn't very big but definitely big enough to entertain. Especially if they have friends ????
The staff is very friendly and prompt. The food is fresh. Wait times in drive through are almost non existing. Mcdonalds couldn't keep up with that crew.
Went in the drive-thru to get dinner and they said give me 1 minute I will be right with u waited 5 minutes a car pulls up beside us and they jumped right on there side and took there order then I called and asked them why they jumped to the next car the pulled in after us and they hung up so i called back and asked why he hung up and he got extremely rude and his name was Chris so I went to mcdonald's to get dinner not great service
