I have never been spoken to you in such a disrespectful way by the manager of an establishment. She was looking for a fight from the moment I said that my order was made incorrectly. She rolled her eyes and was extremely unpleasant when I asked for just a refund since I didn’t want my food anymore. What do you expect from BK.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received our meal very quickly even though they were busy. The order was correct and food was prepared as we requested. Thanks again.
Every time I order here half of my food is missing and the rest is cold ….. the drink machines seem to barely work and service is horrible. Genuinely takes a ridiculously consistently awful experience

This is the worst location aver. I placed an online order. I order some nuggets and the new cheesy tots. When I went to pick up my order and check the order, I noticed they replaced the cheesy tots for some mozzarella sticks (I don’t like mozzarella sticks) and I went specifically for the cheese tots. The lady in charge (hispanic lady) was very unprofessional. I asked her for the refund because I don’t eat mozzarella sticks, and she should asked me before replacing anything. She told me that if i don’t like it i can throw away the food but she can’t give a refund and closed the drive thru window in my face.
Many things have been said about this place. Lazy employees, bad food, etc, etc. However, I’ve never had any issues with the service nor the quality of the food. I love those damn whoppers.
This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We ordered 4 meals on the app and when we showed up to pick up the food we were told that it would because the “broiler” wasn’t on.
This is an edit review of this place. Just haf a year ago I've made my first review about this place and it was 5 stars all because It was a good place but not anymore. The crew doesn't care. Even it's not busy at all I have waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken by a rude lady who didn't even care to apologize she still did all other stuff before she fulfilled my order. I guess they don't care about people here anymore.
The premises is always dirty, there are always two employees working, fast food, we waited for the order for 15 minutes, they give out a cold burger, it’s disgusting where the corporation is looking.
