Always the best. Super great food and really easy to connect with the employees there. Feels like I'm wanted instead of a burden.
One star is too high. We haven't been to this BK in months because of previous bad experiences but saw recently that the cheesy tots were back so decided to have it for lunch today. We didn't receive our full order and while waiting for those missing cheesy tots, noticed that every other customer had an issue with their orders missing items, too. How difficult is it to double check an order before handing it out? How difficult is it to read the screens that tell you exactly what to make for the order? How difficult is it to apologize to a customer? Apparently the employees at this BK can't do any of these things. We had to drive back for the missing cheesy tots and then eat our cold whopper jrs with no cheese (we paid extra for cheese). And please don't bother offering me a coupon or free items because they'll just be left out of the order and your employees will treat it as an inconvenience. I understand nobody is perfect, I would just recommend stronger training and employee support.
We ordered a chicken fries meal and a double whopper meal with cheese tots. Drove all the way home, and they forgot the chicken fries. It's not like we ordered the entire menu. We ordered 3 things. Do not come here, no one can do their job right. They didn't give us a receipt or pick up the phone.
Was upset the cotton candy freeze machine wasn't working but the whoppers and fries and cheese sticks were delicious

These empty boxes is evidence that my food was d-de-eeeelicious, hot and fresh!! Clean dining area, clean restroom and extremely friendly staff!! Two Thumbs Up for 100% Awesome Service????????????
Once upon a time BK was my favorite breakfast and occasionally lunch or dinner place. Not any longer. The prices have gone up but quality does not seem to be what it used to be. Service in this particular restaurant has usually been fast and had no issues with placing my order or customizing the standard item. The location is very inconvenient though, there is no place for a U turn anywhere near.
Update: Last time I visited it took them 15 minutes for two burgers and no line of people waiting. There was only one person preparing food, literally singlehanded: she was using the other hand to speak on her shell phone. Plus, cleanliness did not seam to be the best. I had not been there for quite some time, I wonder if I have a reason to return to this particular BK. (Note: the front line persons were polite and pleasant).
