The food here was not good. I ordered 4 whopper Jr's with fries the fries were ok, the sandwiches were not professionally made they were very sloppy mayonnaise & ketchup was everywhere lettuce & tomatoe hanging out of the sandwich. Not a good sandwich at all burger King where is management or the trainers and it was not busy so sad? ????????????????
Whatever cook made my food was PERFECT !! Sooo perfect I had to do a review ! My hash browns was crispy n just right ! My fully loaded sandwich got demolished before I could get on the highway ???? !! This Burger King changed my thought of them cus I’m really not a fan .. only problem I had was they slower than usual and the janitor sweepin ya tires .. glad I wasn’t giving my man head this time ????
So I went here today on May 21 2024 to order a 4 pack of 8 mozzarella sticks and dude at the intercom had said "we don't have mozzarella sticks we have mozzarella fries" and didn't even take my order.... like bruh.... Mozzarella sticks and mozzarella fries are the exact same thing! That's just like saying "sorry we don't have water but we have melted ice in a cup" -_- So goofy I swear. Like how slow can you be. No matter which way you word it it's still the same thing! So other than that situation, I love going to this burger king spot and have always went here since I was little. No major complaints since I always have had a positive experience here for the most part. But I will say, when it comes to these new workers at this restaurant, please hire smarter employees!
My food was good. The service and atmosphere was terrible. I know they were short staff but they could have done better. We were on the inside and it was taking forever to get waited on. Two people walked out because it as talking so long. In the Middle of my order the cashier put up his finger and walked off to wrap some food without letting me finish. He finally came back and completed my order. This particular Burger King seems to have this problem alot. I guess I have to find another location because I don't think I will be going back.
Took forever to get through the drive through only to get not fully cooked food. Fries were soggy and the chicken almost raw. Highly recommend avoiding this burger king, eat anywhere else.
The service is not all that. Fire the whole staff and get new employees who wants to work. The food was hot but sloppy and rushed. The service was absolutely horrible. The young lady don't let you speak on the intercom she constantly interrupts you while ordering. The atmosphere was ugh. Homeless people hanging around asking for food and money. Only in the black neighborhoods. It's sad we have to go to another location or county to get great customer service
I did not know how GREAT Burger King was until this week. I ordered my food yesterday and there was a mistake made but Tawana the supervisor made it so much betterTODAY. Thank you so much Burger King for hiring her I had an awesome experience!????

Worst place to ever eat!! Food be cold because it sits there before they start to serve it. They need better managers and employees. Throw the whole store away. Cooks picking up your food with their hands. Not changing gloves when touching raw meat. Will eat and drink in your face. Play music. Use a lot of profanity, whether they have a guest inside or not. Employees are always taking smoke breaks. Their always saying their not taking any orders at the moment or the credit card machine is down so only cash. Manager is never to be found. I saw her sleeping in her car one day. She definitely needs to be fired. Sleeping on the job? This store needs a whole new everything and everyone needs to be replaced.
