I wish I could give a negative star. First I was at the drive thru and there was only one car ahead of me. I was told to pull around to pay and I went to the first window and waited but no one came. I was not told to go to the 2nd window. So, I went to the 2nd window and the girl took my card for payment. Never said a word! So I got 2 double croissantwhichs (without egg) one was a meal with hashrounds. When I got to my croissants they were completely squashed and so hot that I couldn't hold them for a few minutes. I open them up and the wrapper stuck to my bread. My cheese was melted off. This is both of them I'm talking about. They were petrified from the microwave I couldn't even eat them. I tried my hashrounds and they were so cold. There was no one waiting inside and I was the only one in the drive thru at this time. First off why are you putting my food in the microwave that I paid $12.77 for. My bag was in great shape no signs of being squashed. I want my money back!! I know why I was the only one there. I took the survey and send a contact email about this. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES BURGER KING! This is my 2nd review. I duplicated this one because I forgot to post my pics.
I'm literally speechless, should have just made my own burger at home...........just do us all a favor and shut the place down. Employees seemed as if they didn't want to be there. Food was cold and poorly put together even though there was no line or rush. Customer service was decent at best, the cooks were on an extended break I guess ????. Will not be returning here for anything.
5-12-24 1:45pm there's only 2 young ladies working, one is heavy set, black young lady (no name tag and wouldn't give a name) she should be fired!! I'm not one to say someone should lose their job but she has a horrible attitude and is a horrible representation of the company. I walked in and the lobby and parking lot is completely empty and no employee in sight, when she came out of the office I asked "are you guys open" she replied "you came in the door right are you dumb" I replied back which made her reply with more ignorant comments. I know hiring is tough nowadays but I'd get rid of her!
These guys FAFO - please read. They hire people make them sit in the lobby because they don't want too much LABOR - well today my daughter had severe sore throat. They said they would relay the message to the morning manager who FAFO told her dont come back til she has a doctors note. LOL @burger king ---- Doctors cost more money than she makes in one shift.
THEY WANT SICK PEOPLE SERVING YOU. I immediately asked her to quit. Then they asked her why she didn't tell them she couldn't afford to go to the doctor, because you don't go to the doctor on a sore throat. I cannot in good faith have my child infect some one because a corporation or llc is greedy as heck ( whatever this establishment is ) I just wanted to give a fair warning to anyone who cannot afford to get sick.
I ordered my food and was told to sit at the pay window until my food is ready. I asked why and he said that it was because they are trying to keep their time down. I've been sitting here three minutes now. I asked him "Isn't that deceptive" his reply was "I didnt tell you to do it" I said but you did. Then he said to me " What you want me to lie to you?!". I did not respond. Fine minutes ( Which Im ok with, no thank you no sorry for waiting no customer service, no receipt... no i will not come back to this location. Ever.
Same awful service 6 months later. I didn’t review before when I came here for the first time and the drive thru service took 30 minutes and the food was wrong. Everyone can have an off day. We try again 6 months later and wait in the drive thru 25 minutes and the food was awful. Cold onion rings and this Whopper melt is not even toasted. That’s literally what makes it a melt is the toast! I love Burger Kings food but this isn’t that.
Every time I come here it’s something, but I never looked at the reviews until now, now I know I won’t come back….i got a bk melt and a large fry supposed to be dropped fresh with no salt….the bk melt I asked did they toast the bread cause I got it before and the bread was not toasted they said yeah…but when i opened it yeah it was toasted but it was cold like they pre toast the bread and have it waiting until someone order one….and then the fries that I asked to be dropped fresh with no salt, was not, and then it was filled halfway with onion rings…I don’t eat onion Rings…what’s the problem with people doing their jobs…the employees just do what they want to do…and then when I ordered and they asked me to pull up…I heard someone say something smart but I didn’t make out what they said….one time before I tried to go for breakfast, and when I pulled in I seen two employees outside the front one with the drive thru headset…and when I got to the menu board as soon as I pulled up someone came on and said they wasn’t opened yet….mind you I have came to this bk before work plenty of times at the same time and they was always open…croissants always cold too…I have worked at Burger King before and it was never like this the managers didn’t play and they made sure your stuff was right and if it wasn’t they made it themselves to ensure it’s right…these fast food places today just don’t care and only there for a check….i keep saying it,but imma save my money and continue to cook from home….
The visit was great me and my family came after church and the store was clean and peaceful but more so the food was fresh I tried the shroom sandwich and that’s something that needs to STAY! It was so good and delicious
