Friendly and got my order quickly! My onion rings were not cold and soggy like other locations! My Whopper Jr was good. The lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickle were fresh!
1pm saturday may12th 2024.
We were told to pull forward after waiting. Almost 15 minutes to get 2 whopper. And juniors and one chicken sandwich...
Got accused of calling the window host a b@$$%.
Which we did not...
The line behind us and they were telling us that we need to pull forward, which didn't make any sense. Cause it's the same line That everyone else has been sitting in for several minutes.
It's around lunchtime. Have the food ready. That's why it's a drive threw.
Just poor service...
This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. The car in front of me had left for what seemed like 10 minutes while I sat a the first window just waiting to pay. I don't know if the person on the register in the drive-thru was a new hire or not. If she was give her time. Don't want her to get in trouble. Just slowwww.... Got to the pickup window and waited forever there also. Finally got my order. Oh yeah, they left out some of my order, of course. Went inside and the manager was nice. Nothing ba to say about her. I think she's expecting too...When traveling I expec prompt, correct service. Good thing I checked my order before I pulled off...
Another BK that prioritizes their drive thru and delivery over lobby customers desperately trying to be noticed. This is not a staffing shortage issue. This is a basic discussion about common courtesy.
Great staff, they're under staffed as it seems all the fast food places are in the area so they have to close the lobby and operate drive thru only. Ownership should start paying better wages to these employees and they would have less difficulty finding and KEEPING staff. It's not the 1990s any more. Pay people what they're worth and you'll have plenty of happy staff.
Stopped by 12/31/2023 at 10:30pm, the sign was on the lights were on, according to the internet the drive thru was open until midnight, but nobody ever answered me in the drive thru. After about 5 minutes of waiting and asking if anyone was going to help. I left, as I rounded the building the drive thru door was wide open, but couldn't see anyone there. Definitely not going to waist my time trying this location again. I guess if I want some BK I will drive down to the one on 14 Mike, where I never had a bad experience.
After 20 minutes WAITING, I had to leave. I was out of time!!!!!! They were putting out orders at about 1 order every 3 minutes. If you was sloooow food, this is your place.
Drive through was steady, dinning area was not. There was a full staff and the service was awful and the entire restaurant was filthy. Food on the floor behind the counter and in the dining area. The drink machine was dirty. Completely gross! It was 3:30 pm so lunch rush was definitely over.
