The nice lady in the drive thru window this morning was so pleasant & she absolutely made the start of my day even better! My order was taken promptly and I received hot n fresh, delicious food, napkins and my receipt with a smile. I'll definitely revisit this location in the near future.
Order #319565 @ 6:43 pm. They were very busy. I ordered 2 hamburgers pickle and tomato only, and a medium fry. The gentleman who took my order was super polite and efficient. It took a little longer for the food to come out, which I understand, they are busy and no doubt short staffed. I checked my burgers. No tomato. Not a big deal, but because I paid for the tomatoes, I very nicely asked if they could just hand me 2 tomatoes. Not the guy who took my order said loudly " we ain't got any tomatoes". I said "okay, but I paid for tomatoes" he said " cheeseburgers don't come with tomatoes " I said, still softly and nice " I know, but here is my receipt, I paid for them" he said " it's not a big deal, calm down." I wasn't being rude or mean. It's the principle of it, why charge me for something you don't have. Long story short, I got in the drive thru line. 20 minutes after waiting, and ordering a whopper....it had tomatoes on it. They weren't out of tomatoes.
Terrible location. Horrendous wait times, food always prepared incorrectly and haphazardly. Would be better off eating out of the dumpster behind the restaurant.
Ordered through the App and The Restaurant didn't receive the order. No big deal, Reordered through the drive-thru and was missing items and Burgers were sipping wet with Sauce. Havent been to BK in years because of issues like this, came back to try it once and I again wasted my money.
Will not let that happen again. Awful experience. I'd rather get serviced by a Kiosk and Machine.
This place is terrible. Constantly closed. If you even catch them when they are open they only take mobile orders or doordash. I'm still waiting for my order it has now been 35 minutes waiting at the window. The employees are on their time not burger king time. If you are reading this then go somewhere else. The good is cold and undesirable. There is no reason a burger and fries should take over 30 minutes to make. They might as well close this location down I don't even understand how they are still opened here or why Upper management doesn't get a new crew in this place to restore it back to its former glory. If it wasn't for me ordering on the app I would leave but who knows how long it will take for my refund
Patience is key at this Burger King. Corey was awesome and took care of my order and we had a great conversation while I waited. Management should take note of their great employees here and step up their game. Come visit Corey and the night shift crew.
Unless the store’s general manager Lakesha is working, prepared to wait 10-15+ minutes for your food. There is absolutely no sense of urgency with majority of the staff at this location even with delivery orders. They just simply do not care at all about their customers unless the general manager of the store is in the building.
I live by this Burger King and the last 3 times I've been they are not taking orders.
Doors are currently locked and drive through isn't opened but employees in window.
This place is a disgrace!
