Worst Dried Out Double Whopper I Have Ever Tasted. I’ve eaten 100s of whopper’s but this one was over cooked burnt dried out. Probably they probably sat for a long time and was reheated. Tasted like a burnt cardboard box. And it was lunch time. No one in the place. Not fresh.
Must have been an off day for them. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and got basically an egg sandwich on top of a torn up biscuit with a couple slivers of micro thin/ see through bacon and no cheese. Coupled with cold tater tots, ugh!
Well, the coffee was good at least.

My recent visit to Burger King's drive-thru left me thoroughly disappointed. On April 13th, 2024, I encountered a payment issue while trying to use Google Pay for my purchase. The transaction failed initially, and upon retrying, I was told it was a duplicate.
Assistant Manager Justin's response was utterly unhelpful and rude. Despite the transaction amount reflecting in my account, he offered no remedy or explanation, and not a hint of apology or empathy was shown.
Hoping for a resolution, I returned on April 16th, 2024, and encountered another manager who was equally dismissive. Blaming the issue on a "bank problem," they made no effort to investigate or resolve the matter, showing no regard for customer satisfaction.
This lack of accountability and professionalism from Burger King's management staff is unacceptable. I expect better service and communication.
The employees were also terrible using profane language at each other when communicating about an order. This establish has no leadership or direction and is not family friendly. I advise not eating here but also do not go inside with children.
Overall, a terribly managed business.
The portion size is insulting. I won't shed tears when burger King shuts their doors for good. You used to be good, but you sold your soul for a few bucks.
We went for the patty melt, it was the size of a child's burger, the cost was 11.00 for two and med ff and med onion rings, price was a little over 20.00 for it. Was not worth the money was still hungry after we ate it. Then the give you a receipt to do a survey for a free whopper but you have to buy two sides to get it so ordered a small drink and small ff was 6.00 to get a free whopper, will not go back.
Consistently terribly long wait times. 30 minute plus after we arrive. Even when we order ahead in the app. Most likely will stop going to this Burger King and go to the one on university.
Best burger I’ve had from a fast food joint in a long time. I don’t even like Burger King but this location specifically knows how to do stuff right. The fries were also fresh and so good. The staff were also very polite and has great communication skills.
First time visiting since I moved here and I'm glad I did. The manager and the staff was so awesome. The food was so good and fast. Everything was great thank you ☺️????
