Another amazing textbook perfect lunch meal.
This has to be the worst Burger King I've ever ate at..EVER! First of all we had been traveling all night and half the day. Needless to say, we were starving! So we stopped to grab a quick 2 for $10 meal. The restaurant was pretty empty but we didn't think anything of that. We ordered our food and the male worker brought us our drink cups and sat them on the counter, and I swear to you, they had 5 little pieces of ice in each!! I honestly just thought ok.. if I need more, I'll get it out of their upgraded drink machine. Well that was not happening cause it had no ice in it at all. To top that off..the drinks from the machine were warm. So our ice melted on contact without chilling our drinks at all. When our order was ready, the lady sat the tray down on the counter and said "here". We took the food and sat down to eat. The fries felt and tasted as if they had been left over from the previous shift..lol. They match the temperature of my dr. Pepper perfectly. My man's chicken sandwich was so hard and dry he could barely chew it. My whopper was cold. The bread was hard. The lettuce was browning and the cheese wasn't even melted. I love whoppers. I've never thrown away a whopper, til today! Over half of it went to the trash. The store's appearance was top notch. Very clean looking. Literally no customers inside, only 1 in the drive thru while we were there. Locals already know to avoid this location obviously. This review is for all us "out of towners" that don't.
The WORST Burger King. They’re rude, they get overwhelmed too easily. Our food is never correct. Always hear them cussing about customers. Went to the drive thru speaker and no one answered us for 15 minutes. We drove past to go inside and the worker was just sitting at the window staring at us smiling. Ordered inside and took 30 minutes+ for chicken fries and onion rings. Don’t come here.
Filing a lawsuit. Lady claimed to be manager after we had to return twice. Once for wrong order, second time for finding HAIR in our toddler’s fry. She said there is no corporate, didn’t have a number and that policy stated she couldn’t refund our order but that policy wasn’t written yet. Made no sense! Nasty attitude and even walked off while we were talking. We recorded the entire thing. DO NOT EAT HERE. Claimed to be manager but wouldn’t even give us her name.
Went through the drive thru this evening to get my parents dinner. Friendly staff and quick service. When I got home to plate the food, it was still hot and everything was made correctly. My parents enjoyed their dinner.
Gal handed me coffee by the lid and dropped it all over my arm and jacket, and just stood there. I actually had to ask her for napkins to clean the hot coffee off my arm. Doenst take much thought of skill to know what to do. But yall want $15/hr.
I had a large order, had to wait 10+ min for cold old food. Manager was less than understanding and sounded irritated I called to complain! I don’t mind waiting for fresh food! Not old cold food! Do better
Compared to all the other fake fast food out there, they still have consistent good food, correct orders and employees that seem to care. We are able to feed a family of 6 and stay under 30.
