This is by far the worse fast food establishment I have ever been to. The food always smells like weed. The orders take at least 20 minutes to process even if it is only something simple like a Whopper Meal. The inside is always disgusting and the kitchen and dining room smell like weed.
It took 15 minutes to get this lmao. Stained my clothes just by grabbing the bag from the window
Placed a mobile order on 1/26 get there and they inform me only fried products are being sold (I placed and order for 5 burgers and gave them plenty of time) she said “you can cancel the order” there is no option to cancel the order on their app. So I didn’t get my order and they still took the money out of my account, sorry but $30 getting taken when you did not receive your order is ridiculous. Still haven’t heard back from corporate either.
Had a coupon for a large Whopper Meal for Two, asked if I can customize one of the whoppers on the coupon, they said yes, then proceeded to clear the screen and charge me for every item on the coupon individually. What would have cost me $15 actually cost me $27. Also food is rarely prepared correctly and they're usually "out of patties" whenever I go there. Austintown BK is better.
I don't complain about fast food places cause they suck to work at but jesus, these guys are more worried about their phones, trash talk, and over all anything else but their job. Went through and half my order was missing as well. I did the survey to give the owners a chance to reach out and correct the mistake but they never did. It's like the owner of this location and the entire crew could give two craps less. Avoid this location, go up the road a ways to the one close to the walmart/sheetz. Much better service there.
Terrible service and food! They hire the MOST unprofessional people. Who yell and cuss at customers. They do not follow your instructions about food and allergies. They serve cold food, they make you wait for food then when it's incorrect, the refuse to replace it. There was a male manager who used profanity and was yelling at me when I took my burger in as it was made incorrectly. I'll never eat here again!
Worst Burger King I ever been no to in my life. Staff is rude, you never get your food, and when you do get your food it’s wrong and cold. Do not recommend. Needs new staff or shut down asap!!!! Also when I pulled to the window it smelled like they were smoking weed inside. Who hired the staff ?!
So I went through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich that came with a tomato that still had the stem and a leaf on it and her response what you want another tomato? No apology! I guess I must have been inconveniencing her. How pathetic! Too bad I couldn't leave a picture. BTW the cashier and runner were great.
