This restaurant is in a great area I’m sure it gets plenty of business but! With Tracy McElroy there as GM that won’t last very long whatsoever!!! He’s so rude it’s ridiculous! My granddaughter just quit this job due to sexual harassment from the GM Tracy McElroy he’s supposedly engaged but the way he’s messing with those young girls up there he sure had me fooled !! If you go down on him he’s willing to get you a raise and more hours who would have thought ?! I’ve lived in Whitehall for 33 years and as long as that BK HAS BEEN OPEN IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER! He hasn’t been manager for long and I pray it’s not much longer !
Burger king is great. Definitely the king of burger chains. I got 10 nuggets, 4 mozzarella sticks, and a double cheeseburger for 5 bux. That is a score! This spot in particular had burgers that were a little dryer than other stores within the chain. The wait was longer than usual too. Burger King, They let you have it your way.

Make sure your drink is what it is cuz they sure won't tell you at all they most likely will think for you and assume you would take what they give you..

You know when one of the crew is getting tired of you asking question even though you're right because then somebody else will come and wait on you.

Now most restaurants have been closed down for what reason you never know but remember this crew members the ones who do not have patience the one who do not like to work the only reason the restaurant is open it's because of the customers who walks in the door that's how you get your paycheck yes you can say you get it from your boss for your boss get it from your manager your manager get it from CEO CEO get it from the customers that comes into the store so how about it treat your customers nice do your best make sure everything is right each of y'all have a part to play without us there would be no restaurant think about how some of restaurant closed down
I’ve never left a review anywhere before, but I just ordered an Impossible Whopper from this place and they just blatantly gave me a regular one (they also didn’t give me a receipt). I don’t care all that much, and I do eat beef from time to time. Ultimately for me it’s a dollar more or whatever - but what if I couldn’t eat beef for religious reasons or something?
Would give them 0 stars. Don't know why I keep going to this location (its close to my home). They never get the order correct. Today order king bacon cheesebuger plain get home no bacon. Call store very rude person says bring it back and i will correct it. ( it is storming now..and I am not going back out) ask for Manager and he says i am the manager.I know who the manager is and it is not who I was speaking with. Told him not coming back he say cant help you and hung up. I spent $15 at a fast food place for 2 sandwiches. These employees want $15 a hour and cant get an order right and do not k ow how to talk to customers. I am more than disappointed.
I ordered 2 Impossible Burgers and both were uncooked and filled with red blood in the middle of the burger. Which is alarming and a problem for any burger but even worst for a burger that is supposed to be plant based. If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT buy food from here if you like your meat fully cooked.
Went and got a whopper with cheese and literally had no meat . Everything else was in the sandwich besides the meat . How do you even mess that up? Always heard this is the worst BK in Columbus
It's true. There are no stupid ideas... every idea is worth a Whopper. ????
