The new crew is amazing! Give this place some credit. It’s come a long way from where it was. Manager is AMAZING and LOVE the music they play while they prepare orders and keep the place upbeat. Very friendly. Impressed with the food and fresh fries now that things have been fixed.
The store manager and her daughter should get fired. Store manager does not fulfill her responsibilities causing low quality service and work environment. The daughter bossing people around acting like the store manager hurts other employees service.
I really like the staff here. They seem to really have a good bond and it shows in the quality of their food. I tried the new melt out today and was blown away by it. How these melts aren't permanent menu items is beyond me. Even the manager stopped by my table to discuss with me how good they are. This is a fun location to stop by and they should get recognition for it. They are doing everything right here.
This place always makes me sick when I eat here. I work on the road but been here for a couple years and it hasn’t changed. Shut this place down and put a better fast food restaurant. It makes me literally sick everytime so I quit even trying I rather starve.
Constantly get my orders wrong. Takes a long time to get the food. Today they were waiting for eggs! Usually the ice cream machine isn't on. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but the workers here need to step it up. A lot.
This burger king staff can handle busses with little employees on they are BK experts......
Customer service left that place a long long time ago. Waited for 20 minutes before I asked for service then was told she was too busy. There was nobody else in the place. When your too busy to wait on customers you should close the doors. I left and will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
The place is dirty and unsanitary out front. God only knows what the kitchen looks like. I hope the health dept. Closes them down and soon. Or get new better management that will ensure the place is clean and well staffed, I'm diabetic and a truck driver, I needed some food as my blood sugar was low. And needed caffeine to make me more alert. Got neither, had to drive another 45 miles to get those 2 things.
So yes I have to give them a complete failure as a (fast) food restaurant.
This is by far one of the worst Burger King restaurantd I have seen in my life and travels across country from my home in Alaska. Inside is dirty, unkept and filled w flies landing on counters and YES the food!! I have received my order many times in 2 years only to get home and find that they gave me cold or burnt fries and EXPENSIVE chicken sandwich overcooked to the point that there is very little that is edible. The entire place needs to be revamped, DEEP CLEANED, and I would get ride of all managers and replace them with people who care about the customers and strive for customer service excellence. If the owner cannot do this, I recommend he or she shut this place down and try to sell it. Good luck.
