Just stopped in before midnight grab some food after a long drive. Girl at drive thru took order and repeated it right but never actually added the 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and cheese only. Also girl never turned off headset the entire time in Line for drive thru so you could hear her talking to other employees and singing to herself and a clicking noise.
Get to window and pay. Get what we ordered. Only thing they didn't charge us for was the 2 cheeseburgers with just cheese and ketchup and they were not in bag same thing with French frys because I had ordered a double whopper meal.
So we parked and called number on receipt and told them. 1 of employee let's my girl in to explain. Then my girl comes back out to car in bad mood because employee told her we need to reorder the cheeseburgers that the girl from drive thru heard us say but never put on order and the French frys we never got. So pull around and go to order the cheeseburgers and tell them they owe us French frys foe my meal. The employee who opened the door to help my girl comes out with bag with the 2 cheeseburgers and French fries.
The guy in the drive through window was very polite. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and I waited around 10min. When I got to the window, I was asked to just look over the menu until they got back to me. After I pulled up and got the food, the guy began closing the window. I let him know I didn't see the sauce, he said they didn't have any. My first thought was "wow, he wasn't going to say anything." Another employee did know where they were but it just wasn't worth it.
first off they were yelling. secondly, i had two people in the span of five minutes take my order then ignore me to scream some more , at this point i knew my food was gonna be nasty. probably worst burger king i’ve had and that says something as someone who eats burger king more than an average person. nasty burger nasty burger king nasty people nasty dr pepper.

I came to this burger king located on cleveland ave and e 5th ave… My order was taking by a young lady by the name of ebony i just want to thank you all for hiring this young lady her customer service was the bomb and her vibe was everything… Customer service goes a long way and she displayed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Thank you again ebony ????
Their food is always pretty good I have no complaints on that end, but it seems like when I do go they don't have bacon or they don't have pepsi, or sprite, just seems like sometimes or I should say every time I go in there they are out of at least one thing. But I do know that that is not the people that are taking my order or making my food it's not their fault, it boils down to whoever does the ordering might want to do a little better job. But it always has been good and fresh for the most part.
Not sure what was going on but I went to the drive thru after placing a mobile order...when I first got there it was 3 cars waiting one at the speaker & after 11 minutes it was my turn i told them the name on my order and I was told that it was ready and waiting I paused then laughed said ok and waited another 20 mins in the drive thru line where all I could smell is the trash from the dumpster when I finally got to the window to get my food it was ready like I was told sitting on the counter once it was given to me I asked if it was sitting there the whole time I was told no but I laughed & said that that's a lie then was told that I didn't care anyway because I was goin still eat it I laughed again an pulled off then looked at my bag to get ready to check my food...the bag stickers were already ripped open I looked at both woppers neither was made the way I asked even tho the recipe was right it was apparent that my order was stilling there because all the food was cold fries & onion rings was cool to the touch an the burgers had no type of heat coming off of them...I went late night around 12 30a it was the only burger king that was open I drove 17 mins to get there just to wait get a few laughs and throw food away over all I say thanks for getting me outta the house to waste not only my time but my money and gas as well.
Nice and friendly fast food service in drive thru. Burger King lives up to its slogan in having it your way. I order the number one combo with cheese and a junior whopper with cheese no tomato. They got my order right. Nice and charcoal grilled Pattie’s. Fresh lettuce and onions. Parking around the building. Decent prices.
Okay I go through the drive thru. When I get to the window they asked me to pull up and wait for my food. There are already two other cars pulled up. When the guy finally brings my food to me I look in my bag and I am missing my cheesy tots. I go back in and tell him. He repeatedly keeps asking me if I'm sure I didn't get them I told him no. He walks up to the manager and says this lady is trying to say she didn't get her cheese tots she looks at him and says that's because she didn't. I tried to tell you they were still cooking but you walked out anyway. So after a minute or two of them arguing he tells me that I have to wait. While I'm waiting I go to the restroom. When I come out no one is at the register or paying attention. Another customer says those are your tots in a bag on the counter. I think her I grabbed them and I go outside. I hear a knock on my window and look up it's the cashier coming to tell me my tots are ready. But he didn't bring them???? I told him I already got them. You should have seen the confusion on his face. I don't know how places like this managed to stay open with people like that working there smh
