Great Turn Around....After my last visit 1yr ago I promised myself NEVER AGAIN. And Considering I have relatives who have lived literally right next door for over 50 years-that's saying something.... stopped to pick up my nephew today and as he pointed out "everybody (business) has an off day"'......he was exactly right@ today the service was wonderful, the food was Delicious and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Many Thanks and GOD BLESS YOU.
Service was terrible. They took 25 min to take my order with only one person a head of me. The floors were very dirty and sticky. I was giving an overflowing drink that kept pouring out of the straw hole, making a mess everywhere. The clerk offered to give me more napkins instead of remaking the drink. After being ignored, I finally had enough and requested a refund. Don't go there if you can help it.
Tried offering to put out a fire that was by the order sign.... Cashier was super rude instead of thanking me go ahead and yell please hold your bust. Wow and then manager says nothing good job guess you hate working huh. And the worst part the food was ice cold
That big wide back manager mad me because I don't know the number of the combos baby I don't work there. I put my order in at the speaker. It's not our fault your workers are incapable of keeping orders in order. Yes I said a chicken sandwich because that's what I ordered AT THR SPEAKER WHILE LOOKONG AT THE BOARD. Your attitude so nasty. I dealt with it all until I couldn't. Was you hungry or something my gosh
This location is on top of their game. The employees (Jaron and Robbie) were cohesive, attentive and fast to serve with a smile. The food came out fast and fresh.
This location is okay. Don't expect to pull up and recieve your food at the window the way you are supposed to. They always pull you up to wait in the drive thru. Only downfall about this location
My friend ordered breakfast today and not only was order wrong but the employee in drive thru rushing waste hot coffee all over her burned her arm and all she did was hand her some napkins and said it’s nothing she can do .
One of the most "unfriendliest" BK restaurants I've ever been to. The guy with the headset in the evening shouldn't have public contact.
