This store has really changed and continues to change in the best way ever since corporate took over. The food I got I could tell they put love into the food I received the freshness was over the top as well as the custom service I received really changed my way of thinking and makes me want to continue to return is not just the food but also the customer service. They care you can tell.
Ordered a classic melt meal with a chicken wrap, got two chicken wrap instead. Was from drive through so was long gone before I noticed. Never got a receipt and phone number doesn't appear to be valid as it goes to a voicemail that is full, so I doubt I'll get my money back. Wish we had a better BK in Logan as it used to be one of my favorite places for a quick bite when I lived elsewhere.
I'm editing my review for the last time. I came in late last night, and understandably the staff begrudgingly made my order. When I got my food, the two burgers that I ordered were mutilated. When I got the fries they were overcooked and dry. When I got the chicken nuggets I ordered they were covered with some disgusting white liquid that genuinely has me worried that they put something that was a biohazard on my food. They mutilated my food. When I was ordering I asked if I could get a double whopper, and was told that they had was warm and good enough. I asked if I could have something made fresh and the guy at the window just huffed and told me sure I could have that. And then he and whoever else was behind the counter destroyed the food that I paid for.
Menu items were clearly priced at 2 for $4. I was told the items I requested were 2 for $5. I said "But it says on your digital menu here that they're 2 for 4." She said "Would you like the 2 for 5 or no?"
I'm on a tight budget and a little irritated that she was so blunt. I said "I think I'll go somewhere else" and she just says, "You do that."
This is not customer service, she acted like she's doing me a huge favor by deigning to take my order at all. Selecting 3 stars instead of 1 in case she's having a bad day.
Shout out to BK for still having a $0.99 ice cream cone!! Woo Hoo!! Absolutely made my day. He got it all way way down into the cone, and stacked it tall! I love having it my way at Burger King. Truly the King. ????????
Super expensive, never busy, usually cold food. Hey, I'd love to pay 8 bucks for a cold whopper with half the meat it used to have. Want it with cheese, that's 9 bucks.. go to chilis, get a burger drink frys and salad, soup or chips and salsa for 12 bucks including a good tip..
I took my family of 5 for dinner. We were the only ones there. Service was a bit slow but wasn’t in a rush so wasn’t a big deal. There is only one table in this establishment that is big enough to fit my whole family. This is where the problem came in. I asked if someone could come wipe the table down and I was told the rags are over there. So I proceeded to wipe the table/seats down just we would have somewhere to enjoy our meal. I do t know that it would have mattered where we sat, every table looked pretty filthy.
We've ordered delivery several times from here and not once has our order been correct. Typically it's missing several items and honestly it's getting ridiculous. Something needs to change.
