Food is usually always good. I use the drive thru often for lunch while I'm at work. Usually no wait. I know it's not there fault as a store buy I feel the burgers have gotten super small ????
Not a bad place to eat considering other burger kings I've been too. There are a few workers who are actually pretty nice and they're funny every time I go through drive through which is always a good thing in my opinion. Only bad thing I have to say is, 9/10 times when I get the onion rings, they're old. However, I always just ask for new ones and they make them new for me right away and with no problem so I can't complain to much!
This is one of the best burger kings we've visited. I wish I could remember the female managers name that was working this day we visited. My son only eats mayo and cheese on his burger, and they put ketchup by accident. He had made a funny comment like "well they just ruined my childhood" lol he's a comedian! I told that to the manager, and she gave all the kids burger king crowns, and she just made it so special for all of us. Super great team working here!
The young blonde girl working the drive thru on 4/12/24 around 2:15 pm was extremely RUDE!! Over asking fora few extra mayo packets. Her comment was “THAT SHOULD BE 6 NOW”. It is not coming out her check and we are paying customers! So disrespectful! I frequent this Burger King, so for her to act the way she did, I’ll just go up the road to any other restaurant rather than back there again!
We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn't.
We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no's with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and there was a ball of hair about 2 feet away from our table. Gross. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.
Always clean that I've seen. Food is basic B.K. options that will & have never changed. With the exception of what they did to the fries a few years back.
I had literally just ordered, drove to the window and they handed me a bag. The burger was so cold it was disgusting. The cheese didn't even melt. The fries were still frozen in the middle. NEVER AGAIN!
Consistently delicious. Most fast food places in Milton just... aren't that great. But this one is clean, quick and always provides good, hot food.
